Visit WebsiteThe Dorsey is a “must-visit” spot for craft cocktails served in a comfortable and upbeat environment, with a level of subtlety and sophistication unmatched in the city. The Dorsey began the trinity that is The Cocktail Collective, comprised of the sophisticated Dorsey, the romantic Rosina, and the kinetic Electra.
The Dorsey was designed by James Beard Award winner Thomas Schlesser of New York-based Design Bureaux. The space evokes a home-away-from-home
quality and utilizes rich materials throughout, such as French oak, mahogany wood, brass, leather, and marble. The 4,500-square-foot space features a variety of seating options such as plush couches, glass-topped cocktail tables, and the ‘Bird Cage’ – a seating option perfect for larger groups fashioned like a bird cage at the entrance to the bar and next to the DJ booth. The interior also boasts a separate library space with a lustrous steam-fueled fireplace serving as the focal point.
Like the menus at Rosina and Electra, The Dorsey’s menu was designed by award-winning barman Sam Ross of New York City's Attaboy, Diamond Reef and Milk & Honey fame. The Dorsey’s menu is the largest of the trinity and changes twice seasonally to showcase the best and freshest ingredients. The sophisticated menu showcases inventive riffs on the classics, shareable punch bowls for groups and ‘Shorties’ – The Dorsey’s version of shots but are more reflective of mini cocktails. The Dorsey also boasts a full bar with an impressive collection of high-end Scotches, as well as beer and wine.

Vegas local— Wow what a cute spot! It’s very nice to be able to sit and talk with friends and have good drinks with no pressure of spending a minimum if it’s early and being able to actually hear the people you’re talking to. We swung by on a Saturday night (830ish) and it was chill and we were able to be seated right away. There were some drunk patrons and the bar removed them after they were a disturbance to everyone. The seats are very comfy with some relaxing lighting. Drinks are strong and delicious. We also had some shots. Would recommend for sure if you’re in the casino and want some eclectic drinks ( $18-$25 a drink or so ) and feel like you’re in an upscale lounge. Great management, security and servers. They also had a DJ playing music.

Love the Dorsey! Excellent cocktails and great atmosphere! Highly recommend! And I’m not sure why people complain based on drink prices, it’s Vegas, you’re there to spend money! It’s not like you are walking into a hole in the wall bar.🤷🏻♀️
