I made a last-minute reservation here on Saturday night, and they managed to accommodate our party of six without a hitch. The staff was pleasant, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Every dish I sampled was superb. The pizza dough was notably fresh, and the pasta dishes were cooked to perfection. The foam reduction on the Agnolotti pasta was a standout. The "Passion Me" drink with tequila was flavorful. This spot offers a more modern take on Italian cuisine and atmosphere, right inside the Venetian hotel. Though the plate sizes were slightly smaller compared to some classic Italian places, I still left completely satisfied. Would definitely consider visiting again, and a special mention to Robert for his excellent service.

Priced at $35 per person, the tasting menu includes a starter, main dish, and dessert, making it a great value. The staff, including both waiters and waitresses, are courteous and professional. Our visit was delightful, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to clients and friends alike.

The food we ordered was incredibly delicious - the rib eye was perfectly cooked and the sea bass was excellent. The desserts were also a highlight of the meal. Our server was very accommodating and we were impressed with the quality of service. We had made a reservation for 5pm and were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant quickly fill up, with a line forming outside. Overall, a truly amazing dining experience at Matteo's.

I recently dined at Matteo's Ristorante Italiano in Las Vegas and once again, I was impressed. The handkerchief pasta is definitely my favorite dish on the menu. I also tried another item and it was amazing! My only suggestion would be to include more basil sauce with the handkerchief pasta next time. Overall, a perfect dining experience.
