Matteo's Ristorante Italiano

Visited on a Saturday night with a large group, and the restaurant was quite busy. The service provided by our server was outstanding. I opted for the sides, choosing the Tuscan Kale Salad and the roasted cauliflower. The kale salad was lacking in flavor and was rather tough to chew. Interestingly, I received broccoli instead of the roasted cauliflower I ordered, but it was delicious nonetheless. Overall, considering the price, the experience was somewhat underwhelming.

Made a last-minute reservation here on a Saturday night, and they were able to accommodate a party of six promptly. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was delightful. Every dish sampled was delicious. The pizza dough was fresh, and the pasta dishes were perfectly cooked. The foam reduction on the Agnolotti pasta was exceptional. The "Passion me" drink with tequila was also quite tasty. Matteo's offers a more modern take on Italian cuisine and ambiance, right inside the Venetian Hotel. While the plate sizes are slightly smaller compared to some traditional Italian spots, we still left completely satisfied. Definitely worth another visit, and our server, Robert, provided excellent service.

The food is both delicious and unique, with the kids enjoying pasta while I opted for the summer lunch tasting menu. Priced at $35 per person, the tasting menu includes a starter, main dish, and dessert, making it a great value. The staff, including both waiters and waitresses, are courteous and professional. Our visit was delightful, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to clients and friends alike.

My family and I dined at Matteo's Ristorante Italiano in Las Vegas and it was a fantastic experience. The food we ordered was incredibly delicious - the rib eye was perfectly cooked and the sea bass was excellent. The desserts were also a highlight of the meal. Our server was very accommodating and we were impressed with the quality of service. We had made a reservation for 5pm and were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant quickly fill up, with a line forming outside. Overall, a truly amazing dining experience at Matteo's.
