Scarpetta Las Vegas offers deliciously authentic Italian cuisine with a stunning view of the Bellagio fountain. The spaghetti and meatballs were delightful, and the agnolotti was perfect for those who enjoy a rich, buttery flavor. Although the staff was occupied and attended to us about 15 minutes after we sat down, their service was still commendable. Given the bustling atmosphere at 9 PM, making a reservation is highly recommended to ensure a spot.

Wow! Just go for it! Scarpetta Las Vegas offers a true culinary experience. From the moment you walk in, your senses are captivated by the stunning design and decor. The atmosphere is elegant and upscale. For those interested, there's a chef's pairing menu available for $175 per person, along with an extensive wine list and full bar. The espresso martini was delightful, and the Pinot Grigio was equally impressive. Just note that the lemonade doesn't come with refills and is priced at $8 each. Now, let's talk about the food! The meal kicks off with a complimentary bread service that is simply outstanding. The variety of breads, served warm and cold, was a hit. Starting with the raw oysters for an appetizer was a phenomenal choice; the sauce was an absolute standout, and every drop was savored. The shrimp scampi is possibly one of the best ever, with freshly made pasta that was packed with flavor. The branzino was a dream, with its perfectly crispy exterior and tender, flavorful interior. Trust me, you don't want to miss this place. While entrees are around $50 per person, the quality makes it well worth it. A delightful touch was the complimentary dessert platter they brought out for a special occasion, adding to the overall exceptional experience. This is definitely a spot to revisit!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Scarpetta Las Vegas before now! It is, without doubt, my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I make it a point to visit every time I'm in town and have introduced countless friends to this gem. Scarpetta never fails to impress! Their iconic spaghetti with tomato and basil remains unparalleled, consistently setting the gold standard. This visit, we ventured out and tried different pastas, including one with short ribs that was absolutely divine. It might even become my new favorite! And let's not forget the delightful breadbasket. Dining at Scarpetta is always an exceptional experience!

Scarpetta Las Vegas offers a wonderful dining experience with memorable dishes. The Caesar salad was delicious, and the duck foie gras ravioli stood out as the highlight of the meal. The veal, however, would have benefitted from an additional sauce as it was quite dry. Similarly, while the sautéed mushrooms were delicious, they could have used some added moisture. The flourless chocolate cake paired perfectly with the remaining wine. Service was professional but somewhat perfunctory, with Somm Diego being particularly commendable. The only drawback regarding ambiance was the sun shining directly into the eyes for about 15-20 minutes without any available shade. Additionally, it was disappointing that the view of the Bellagio water show was obstructed by a large bar across the window. Despite these minor inconveniences, a return visit is certainly in order. However, opting for a window seat might not be necessary given the obstructed view and potential for direct sunlight.

Scarpetta Las Vegas was a fantastic choice for a pre-show dinner. The restaurant's emphasis on bold flavors using seasonal ingredients was evident in every dish we tried. The in-house made pasta was a highlight, paired with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The service at Scarpetta was truly impeccable, from our table server to the Sommelier. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Despite initially thinking the portions might be too large, we decided to share our plates and were pleasantly surprised. The kitchen split our first two courses onto individual plates, which turned out to be the perfect amount for us. Our chosen dishes included the Duck & foie gras ravioli with marsala reduction, Veal chop Milanese with arugula salad and cherry tomatoes, and a Cherry and pistachio mousse cake with cherry ice cream. Each dish was delicious, with the ravioli being rich and decadent, the veal chop cooked perfectly, and the dessert a sweet ending to our meal. We paired our meal with a superb Valpolicella red wine, followed by excellent Grappa and Vin Santo to finish off the night. Thank you, Scarpetta Las Vegas, for a truly exceptional dining experience.
