My recent dinner at Superfrico in Las Vegas was absolutely incredible. Despite being a frequent visitor to Vegas, none of my companions had ever heard of Superfrico until I introduced them to it. I made a reservation a week in advance, and I am so glad I did. The restaurant has a speakeasy vibe with a unique twist that makes for a truly enjoyable evening. I don't want to spoil too much, but the mozzarella dish is a must-try. It's not just a dish, it's an experience that I highly recommend. I had high expectations for SuperFrico in Las Vegas, but unfortunately, our drinks were empty before our food arrived and we were never offered a refill. We ordered brussel sprouts that never made it to our table, despite asking multiple servers and eventually a manager. The service was lacking overall, although the manager did address the issue eventually. The pizza had a sweet sauce, which was not to my liking, but the spaghetti, beef cheek, and lobster ravioli were tasty. Overall, I would not return to SuperFrico and I would not recommend it to others.
