This place was quite busy, and there was anticipation in the air to give it a try. The staff member taking the order was friendly and offered some recommendations. Everything was prepared fresh to order. We tried: 1. Korean Pork Sandwich - This one should come with a warning for its spiciness. It definitely packs more than a punch, with more kimchi than pork. 2. Bronx Bomber - A flavorful choice with a nice crunch. However, it seemed a bit lacking in meat. There was some concern about it potentially becoming soggy if we didn’t reach our destination quickly, but that wasn’t an issue. 3. Lardo Fries - Some pieces seemed undercooked. Perhaps it was just an off day, or maybe I should explore different options on the menu. The experience wasn’t particularly impressive.

Lardo in Las Vegas was quite busy, and I was eager to give it a try. The staff member who took my order was friendly and offered a few suggestions. My meal was prepared fresh. Here's what we ordered: 1. Korean Pork Sandwich - This definitely needed a note about its spiciness. It packed quite a punch and had more kimchi than pork. 2. Bronx Bomber - Full of flavor and with a nice crunch. It was good, but could have used more meat. I was worried it might get soggy from the juices during the ride back, but thankfully, it didn't. 3. Lardo Fries - Some pieces seemed undercooked. Overall, the experience wasn't as great as expected. Maybe it was just an off day, or perhaps another sandwich would be better next time.

Lardo Hot Sandwiches, located inside The Cosmopolitan, is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a hearty, delicious sandwich. The Bronx Bomber sandwich, in particular, is absolutely fantastic. The Bronx Bomber is packed with flavor. The combination of savory meats, melted cheese, and fresh toppings creates a perfect harmony in every bite. The bread is perfectly toasted, adding a satisfying crunch that complements the juicy and tender fillings. Each bite is a delightful explosion of taste that leaves you craving more. Overall, Lardo Hot Sandwiches exceeded expectations. The Bronx Bomber is a standout, and trying more of their menu offerings on a future visit is highly anticipated. If you find yourself at The Cosmopolitan and are in the mood for an amazing sandwich, Lardo is definitely the place to go!

The Pho'rench Dip sandwich at Lardo in Las Vegas was fantastic with impressive Thai flavors infused into the beef. I highly recommend trying it if you're unsure of what to order. The Bronx Bomber, a take on chopped cheese, was also delicious, though not as adventurous as the Pho'rench Dip. While I didn't try the fries, they looked absolutely amazing as I watched them being prepared after ordering.

Tried the porchetta with a side of dirty fries at Lardo and both dishes were fantastic! My dining companion and I split them and were thoroughly pleased, especially after a day of walking around the strip.
