The flavors of the Pho'rench Dip at Lardo were fantastic! The beef was full of Thai flavors and really impressed me. If you're unsure of what to order, this sandwich is a must-try! I also enjoyed the Bronx Bomber, which seemed to be a twist on the classic chopped cheese sandwich. While not as adventurous as the Pho'rench Dip, it was still delicious. Although we didn't try the fries, I saw them being prepared and they looked amazing.

Just discovered Lardo and it was a great find! Tried the Korean pork and porchetta sandwiches and they were delicious and filling, especially for the price. Juicy and full of flavor. Definitely a great option for a meal without breaking the bank on the strip. Highly recommended!

The picture speaks for itself. Who wouldn't want that??? Vegetarians/Vegans. Anyone else should definitely get this sandwich or probably any sandwich from Lardo. I had the Bronx Bomber with shaved steak and fixings and a side of the Lardo fries. There is simply nothing bad to say. The bread had a slight bite on the outside and was soft inside, perfect! There was plenty of meat and toppings in the sandwich. The cheese was the perfect amount of ooey goodness. The fries were delicious. Like the bread they were the perfect blend of crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. I could definitely taste the herbs and parmesan which isn't always the case when restaurants offer a similar fry type. My complaints overall are small. First, there's the obvious Las Vegas premium price on the beer. $13 for a tall Modelo is obnoxious but no different than anywhere else in Vegas. Also, as a tourist not going straight back to my hotel refrigerator, I would have appreciated a half size option on both the sandwich and the fries so I wouldn't have wasted so much food. I ate half the sandwich and about 1/4 of the fries. I wish I had the opportunity to try more of their sandwiches. Come to Denver!!!

We stumbled across Lardo in the Cosmo and were so happy we did. The sandwiches are incredible. The beeria grilled cheese was huge and delicious. Juicy and flavorful. The fries are big enough to split and covered in Parmesan cheese. We also tried the Bronx bomber and it was just as good. A little spicy and also a large sandwich. Worth a stop to eat - especially is you are on the go because it’s fast.
