Bang Bar in Las Vegas offers David Chang’s take on spit-roasted meats and sides. The freshly made flatbread pairs well with the flavorful spit-roasted meat. It’s a fantastic option for a quick bite or meal. Additionally, the imported Asian snacks and chips are a delightful addition to the menu.

Bang Bar in Las Vegas is the ideal spot for a casual yet trendy meal. The eggplant rice bowl is a standout dish, but be warned - it packs a serious spicy kick! If you prefer milder flavors, you may want to skip this one. The pickled onions add a delicious tang to the dishes, and the chickpea dip is a refreshing twist on traditional hummus. My only critique is that I wish they offered more vegan protein options like tofu. Overall, a great dining experience at Bang Bar.

Got the Cumin beef wrap with sesame dip. The cumin wrap is really good, especially the wrap bread, the beef kinda had an aftertaste though that stuck in your mouth. The dip’s bread also veryy good, but the dip itself is like a thick sesame seed salad dressing. Still worth trying for sure, and worth it

My SO and I shared the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and spicy eggplant. The rice bowl was very good. The food was very flavorful and well made. The portion size was big enough for the two of us to share. We didn't really care for the eggplant. It wasn't as spicy as we expected.
