Momofuku in Las Vegas offers an incredible dining experience. The atmosphere is inviting, with pleasant music, lively conversations, and a stunning wall mural. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful visit. We shared an order of pork buns and two bowls of shoyu ramen, and they were fantastic! The shoyu ramen was particularly flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles. The soft egg added a nice touch, though it broke easily—a minor detail in an otherwise delicious dish! The broth was a bit thicker than preferred, but still very tasty. The pork belly buns were another highlight. The buns were soft and flavorful, with meat that practically melted in your mouth. Although they were slightly sweeter than expected, they remained incredibly delicious. Overall, the restaurant excels in atmosphere, service, and cuisine. Though we missed out on trying the acclaimed cauliflower, it gives us a reason to return. A solid 9/10!

I've frequented the Cosmopolitan many times and always passed by Momofuku without giving it a try—until today. Seeking a quick bite and a drink, we decided to sit at the bar. Kevin, the bartender, promptly greeted us and guided us through the menu. His recommendations for drinks and light bites were spot on. We chose the oysters and shrimp buns, both bursting with flavor and just what we needed. For drinks, we had the NSFW spritz and the Middle School Crush. Both were refreshingly strong and satisfying.

Dined at Momofuku in Las Vegas for the first time and found it to be an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The ambiance effortlessly balances trendy and comfortable, making it suitable for both special occasions and casual dinners. The menu offers a delightful mix of Asian-inspired dishes with a modern twist. The dining experience began with the famous pork belly buns, which were divine—soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The ramen impressed with its rich, satisfying broth that was both deep in flavor and comforting. The lamb ribs also stood out as outstanding. Service was top-notch; the staff was attentive without being intrusive and readily offered recommendations. The pacing of the meal was perfect, allowing for the savoring of each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, Momofuku Las Vegas exceeded expectations. The combination of innovative dishes, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere makes it a must-visit in Las Vegas. Eager to return and explore more of the menu, with plans to try the Bosam dish next time.

Momofuku in Las Vegas is a consistent winner. I've been a few times during my visits to Vegas and it always hits the mark. The ramen is solid, and the family meal featuring duck is fantastic. The service is efficient, the interior is stylish, and while the prices are on par with typical Vegas rates, it's worth it for the quality. It's definitely a go-to spot for me when staying at the Cosmopolitan.

Momofuku is a standout in the Las Vegas dining scene, offering Asian-inspired dishes that are unforgettable. Located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Momofuku may have an unassuming front-of-house but opens up to a spacious industrial-chic dining area with private dining options at the back. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that glasses are never empty and plates are always clean. For a true Momofuku experience, opt for family style dining. The menu features a variety of East Asian dishes, from Japanese tempura to Korean kimchi to Chinese bao buns. The pork belly buns are a highlight, with melt-in-your-mouth pork and a delicious fattiness. The little gem salad with "frozen lettuce" adds a unique touch to the meal, showcasing the kitchen's innovation. Other standout dishes include the jumbo shrimp tempura, mushroom ramen, pork shoulder, and chili-fried chicken with incredibly crispy skin. The fried broccolini packs a spicy punch that fades quickly. To complement the meal, house sake is a perfect choice and pairs well with everything on the menu. Momofuku elevates classic East Asian flavors with a modern twist, making it a must-visit for those looking to indulge in delicious, innovative cuisine. Don't miss out on this culinary experience during your time in Vegas.

During a recent trip to Las Vegas, my friends and I dined at Momofuku and it was truly the highlight of our weekend getaway. I opted for the 3-course lunch option during restaurant week, which included a delectable spicy cucumber salad, pork belly bun, and shoyu pork ramen. The server was extremely attentive and reassured me that my food would be safe to eat due to my shellfish allergy. The food was absolutely phenomenal - we all savored every bite of our meal. I couldn't possibly choose a favorite dish as each one was better than the last. The pork ramen was particularly exceptional and left me wanting more. I highly recommend dining at Momofuku for an unforgettable culinary experience. Despite our 11am lunch reservation, the restaurant quickly filled up, showcasing its popularity and cozy ambiance.
