Our visit to Momofuku in Las Vegas was seamless, with no waiting time and a stunning view of the strip from within the Cosmopolitan. The meal was delightful and reasonably priced. I suggest trying the prix fixe menu, which includes three courses for $50. The smashed cucumber with Marcona almonds and the mushroom ramen are must-tries. According to our server, despite the popularity of the shoju ramen with pork, the mushroom ramen is a vegan choice that even he prefers due to its rich, flavorful broth. Adding pork belly was a great decision, enhancing the depth of the dish. I would order this delicious and complex ramen again without hesitation. However, the chili crunch chicken sandwich fell short, as the meat wasn't as tender as expected. Finally, the black sesame ice cream was enjoyable, though it didn’t particularly stand out.

You can't go wrong with anything at Momofuku in Las Vegas. The space is open, allowing for easy conversation even when the restaurant is bustling. The service is impeccable, the drinks are strong, and the food is served promptly. Some standout items include the duck, shrimp, pork belly buns, and oysters with caviar. It's an experience worth having, and I highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Momofuku in Las Vegas offers an incredible dining experience. The atmosphere is inviting, with pleasant music, lively conversations, and a stunning wall mural. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful visit. We shared an order of pork buns and two bowls of shoyu ramen, and they were fantastic! The shoyu ramen was particularly flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles. The soft egg added a nice touch, though it broke easily—a minor detail in an otherwise delicious dish! The broth was a bit thicker than preferred, but still very tasty. The pork belly buns were another highlight. The buns were soft and flavorful, with meat that practically melted in your mouth. Although they were slightly sweeter than expected, they remained incredibly delicious. Overall, the restaurant excels in atmosphere, service, and cuisine. Though we missed out on trying the acclaimed cauliflower, it gives us a reason to return. A solid 9/10!

I've frequented the Cosmopolitan many times and always passed by Momofuku without giving it a try—until today. Seeking a quick bite and a drink, we decided to sit at the bar. Kevin, the bartender, promptly greeted us and guided us through the menu. His recommendations for drinks and light bites were spot on. We chose the oysters and shrimp buns, both bursting with flavor and just what we needed. For drinks, we had the NSFW spritz and the Middle School Crush. Both were refreshingly strong and satisfying.

Dined at Momofuku in Las Vegas for the first time and found it to be an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The ambiance effortlessly balances trendy and comfortable, making it suitable for both special occasions and casual dinners. The menu offers a delightful mix of Asian-inspired dishes with a modern twist. The dining experience began with the famous pork belly buns, which were divine—soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The ramen impressed with its rich, satisfying broth that was both deep in flavor and comforting. The lamb ribs also stood out as outstanding. Service was top-notch; the staff was attentive without being intrusive and readily offered recommendations. The pacing of the meal was perfect, allowing for the savoring of each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, Momofuku Las Vegas exceeded expectations. The combination of innovative dishes, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere makes it a must-visit in Las Vegas. Eager to return and explore more of the menu, with plans to try the Bosam dish next time.

Momofuku in Las Vegas is a consistent winner. I've been a few times during my visits to Vegas and it always hits the mark. The ramen is solid, and the family meal featuring duck is fantastic. The service is efficient, the interior is stylish, and while the prices are on par with typical Vegas rates, it's worth it for the quality. It's definitely a go-to spot for me when staying at the Cosmopolitan.
