Fantastic experience at Momofuku in Las Vegas! The pork buns were absolutely delicious, the noodles were as good as everyone says, and the steak and eggs dish was heavenly. The upper seating area also offers a great view.

Momofuku in Las Vegas turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we had during our trip! Although the menu prices seemed a bit steep at first, we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. The pork belly buns were a highlight of our meal, with the pork melting in our mouths with each bite. We recommend limiting yourself to just 1 or 2 pieces per person to fully enjoy the flavors. We also tried the pork ramen, which was good but didn't particularly stand out compared to other ramen places we've visited in the past. Pairing this with the pork belly buns won't put a strain on your budget at all. For more indulgent options, we ordered the steak and eggs as well as the shrimp and lobster dishes. While these were pricier, the premium ingredients and generous portions made them worth it. The wagyu steak was cooked to perfection with a delightful sear, but the star of the dish was the fluffy and smooth egg. The shrimp and lobster were equally impressive, with large portions and a side of vegetable tempura to add balance to the meal. Overall, Momofuku provided a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas.

Momofuku in Las Vegas is part of a well-known empire that originated in NYC, offering delicious options like Milk Bar ice cream. I was excited to secure a reservation at their Vegas location in the Cosmopolitan. I dined solo at the Chef's Bar, which provided a great view of the cooks in action. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see several options on the menu. I decided on the Green Curry Rice Cakes, which had a great overall flavor but the rice cakes themselves were a bit rubbery. I think I might have preferred a noodle dish, as that seems to be a signature item at Momofuku. However, I was saving my noodle fix for another meal later in the week. The service was fantastic, and the chef's bar provided an entertaining show. I would definitely return to try more of their vegetarian options, particularly the noodles. Despite the rice cakes not being my favorite, it's clear that Momofuku knows what they're doing.

The name Momofuku has gone from the stuff of NYC legends whispered by my brother in law, to a pervasive empire reaching into major cities and my grocery store's freezer with it's delicious Milk Bar brand ice cream, so was excited to score a reservation at their Vegas restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. I was there solo for a concert that ended up being canceled (I don't want to talk about it) and was seated at the Chef's Bar which provided a really great view of their cooks in action doing what they do. (You want to see meat pounded, the Chef's Bar is for you!) I'm a vegetarian and was happy to see a few different options for me on the dinner menu. I opted for Green Curry Rice Cakes. The overall flavor of the dish was great and it was a hearty size for just me, though the rice cakes themselves were a little rubbery. I kind of wish I had opted for a noodle dish since that's more of a signature item at Momofuku and it might have offered a better experience for my palate, especially since it was my first time there, but I was having a big noodle meal a couple days later and I don't want to over-noodle myself. My server was fantastic, sweet, and attentive, and the "show" at the chef's bar really was fun to watch. I'd definitely come back and try some of their other vegetarian fare (noodles, I'm looking at you). They clearly know what they're doing, despite the fact that the rice cakes wasn't my favorite thing ever.

Probably the best Christmas dinner I've ever had in my lifetime. The pork belly literally melted in your mouth and the spicy cumbers with almonds is a must have. The staff was amazing and gave some excellent recommendations.

We ordered the Bo Ssäm and it was fantastic. The pork is super tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. The sides we got were also quite good (corn and brussel sprouts). Service was very solid (expected for a restaurant of this price / location). Would come back to try some noodles and other dishes.
