What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

Overall, SUSHISAMBA provided an excellent dining experience. The hot stone wagyu was phenomenal, along with the assortment of sushi and seaweed salad we ordered. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out surprisingly quickly for its quality. The cocktails and sake were also fantastic. One thing to note is that the restaurant is located deep within the Venetian, so be prepared to spend an extra 15-20 minutes finding it from any Uber drop off spot. The only downside was the loud atmosphere, but that's to be expected in Las Vegas.

My partner and I recently visited SUSHISAMBA for a special occasion and we were thoroughly impressed. The fusion of Japanese and Latin American cuisine was a pleasant surprise. While waiting for our table, we enjoyed delicious drinks at the bar where the bartender was friendly and skilled. Our waitress guided us through the menu and recommended some fantastic dishes, such as the wagyu skewers, baby gem lettuce, moqueca mista, and crispy taquito. The atmosphere was lively but we found the beautiful decor to be a fitting backdrop. The service was top-notch and the food was exceptional. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Las Vegas.

I give SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas a perfect 10 out of 10. The food, service, and vibe were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. It was truly the best meal I've had in a long time. We decided to dine at 3pm, and they seamlessly transitioned between lunch and dinner service. We ordered a lot of food that they had to move us to a larger table, which would have been impossible during busier times. I am already looking forward to my next visit, maybe for lunch tomorrow! 😀

SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas has a lively atmosphere and attentive service. The restaurant features a unique fusion of Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian cuisine, with each type of food prepared in its own separate kitchen. While some dishes were better than others, the sushi was decent but not outstanding. Surprisingly, the two mushroom dishes stood out as favorites, despite not typically liking mushrooms. The drinks were okay, but did not quite meet expectations. Overall, SUSHISAMBA is a good dining spot that is worth a visit at least once.

My experience at SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas was pretty good overall. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from and the food was tasty and fresh. However, the service was lacking as it was quite slow and we had to ask for things multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend trying the skewers on the menu.

SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas has become a must-visit spot for us whenever we're on the strip. It strikes the perfect balance of being a welcoming and comfortable setting without being overly formal. We've been dining here since 2015 and have always been impressed with the consistent quality of the food. During our most recent visit, we only stopped by for a casual happy hour snack, but we were not disappointed by the high quality of the dishes. The fish was fresh and the flavors were well-balanced, sometimes even surprising us in a delightful way. SUSHISAMBA truly shines as a standout restaurant for us, offering great textures and a memorable dining experience.
