SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas offers a menu with somewhat limited variety. While the food is undeniably tasty and fresh, one might anticipate a bit more for the price. It's worth noting that everything is fried in the same oil, including the french fries, alongside meat, fish, pork, or chicken, which is common in many establishments. On a brighter note, the desserts were exceptionally fresh and delicious, and the sushi was a standout—tender and full of flavor.

The service at SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas was exceptional, and the food was simply delicious! Booking a reservation online ensured we were seated immediately upon arrival. To celebrate our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing, complemented by perfect lighting. The drink menu is fun and creative, adding to the overall experience. The calamari is extraordinary, and the oysters are excellent. Don't miss the King crab roll—it's simply great.

Overall, SUSHISAMBA provided an excellent dining experience. The hot stone wagyu was phenomenal, along with the assortment of sushi and seaweed salad we ordered. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out surprisingly quickly for its quality. The cocktails and sake were also fantastic. One thing to note is that the restaurant is located deep within the Venetian, so be prepared to spend an extra 15-20 minutes finding it from any Uber drop off spot. The only downside was the loud atmosphere, but that's to be expected in Las Vegas.

My partner and I recently visited SUSHISAMBA for a special occasion and we were thoroughly impressed. The fusion of Japanese and Latin American cuisine was a pleasant surprise. While waiting for our table, we enjoyed delicious drinks at the bar where the bartender was friendly and skilled. Our waitress guided us through the menu and recommended some fantastic dishes, such as the wagyu skewers, baby gem lettuce, moqueca mista, and crispy taquito. The atmosphere was lively but we found the beautiful decor to be a fitting backdrop. The service was top-notch and the food was exceptional. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Las Vegas.

I give SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas a perfect 10 out of 10. The food, service, and vibe were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. It was truly the best meal I've had in a long time. We decided to dine at 3pm, and they seamlessly transitioned between lunch and dinner service. We ordered a lot of food that they had to move us to a larger table, which would have been impossible during busier times. I am already looking forward to my next visit, maybe for lunch tomorrow! 😀
