The service at CUT By Wolfgang Puck is top-notch, with multiple waitstaff attending to our needs and providing excellent care and respect. The restaurant itself is well-designed and boasts a great atmosphere. I ordered the Australian Wagyu, Lamb Chops, along with the Asian Cauliflower and Mac and Cheese as sides. The steak was perfectly seared and cooked to my liking, the lamb chops were reminiscent of flavors from the Middle East, and the sides were delicious. Every dish at CUT left me wanting more - absolutely incredible. I highly recommend it!

Never been to one. I was in Vegas and had a chance to eat here. I could not enjoy the steak, but everyone that had one said it was the best steak that ever had in their life. The sides, if you look at the photos you’ll see were amazing. Highly recommend the mac & cheese. I had the $95 sole fish, was not impressed. I’ve had better for a lot less price. But overall service impeccable atmosphere impeccable. I definitely would recommend this for steak night.

Business dinner for 7, service was outstanding from the start. Great suggestions from cocktails to wine. We shared Ceviche, pork belly, artisanal bread as appetizers, the Ceviche was outstanding!!! We also shared across the table main course the tomahawk steak and a couple ribeyes, which worked out great. The sides were all very good from mashed potatoes, corn, creamed spinach, candied squash. This was plenty of food for all so much so know one ordered desert which was probably a mistake based on how good everything else was.

Business dinner for 6, and not upto the hype. We ordered chicken wings and beef sliders for starters and those were decent. Ordered wagyu steak with marrow, and it was average. Have tried other places which serve much better taste. Another order of Dover Sole which was decent as well. King pal cauliflower was the highlight.. crispy and taste good. I felt that the plate looks pretty much empty and not appealing when it arrives on your table. I’d like to see some greens on the plate or a side.. Overall an average experience!!
