Letdown Experience. We chose Prime Steakhouse for a milestone celebration, only to be thoroughly let down. We booked well over a month in advance, specifically requesting a table by the window and highlighting our special anniversary—details we reiterated upon arrival. While the bar had a pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff, once our reservation time came, we were taken to an undesired corner table without a view. After declining this table, we waited an additional 15-20 minutes for a window spot, which, once secured, was truly impressive. Things picked up with excellent service, a knowledgeable sommelier named Kelvin, and delectable dishes. Our meal began with a satisfactory Caesar salad and outstanding crispy salmon sushi. We shared a perfectly cooked bone-in ribeye and sea bass, accompanied by a delightful side of foie gras and broccoli. Throughout dinner, staff kept inquiring about any special occasions, and we reiterated multiple times that it was our anniversary. However, the end of our meal was marred by being overlooked for more than 40 minutes. Despite bringing it to a manager’s attention, the delay continued, causing us to miss our reservation at The Vault. When finally attended to, our request to use points was ignored, and there was no acknowledgment of our special day. The lack of recognition left us feeling less valued than at more casual dining establishments, leading to a disappointing 2-star rating.

We made reservations a couple of weeks in advance for patio seating, which requires a minimum spend of $175 per person, to enjoy a scenic view of the fountains during our anniversary celebration. Upon arrival, we were placed in a corner with a partially obstructed view of the fountains, despite the possibility of other tables offering better vistas. The service, however, was excellent; our server was courteous, attentive, and even provided us with some complimentary items after initially forgetting a soup. The food was quite good as well. For those considering dining here, it's important to be aware of potential issues. We anticipated our bill to be between $400 and $500, including tip, based on our planned orders. However, it totaled over $700, which seemed unreasonable given the less-than-perfect view and the food quality not justifying such a high price. Our waiter mentioned specials available for a "small bump" in price, and unexpected charges for items like water and suggested sides contributed to the cost. Additionally, a gratuity exceeding $100 was added automatically, leaving us no say in the matter. If you choose to dine here, be clear about your order and avoid specials not listed on the menu, as the costs can escalate quickly. I regret not requesting a better table with a proper fountain view, especially after spending over $700 for a dinner for two. For that price, a more rewarding experience might be found elsewhere, such as in Dubai.

We reserved a table at Prime Steakhouse a few weeks in advance, opting for patio seating that requires a minimum spend of $175 per person, aiming for a pleasant view of the fountains for our anniversary celebration. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a corner spot with an obstructed fountain view, despite the possibility of better available tables. The service was outstanding; our server was polite and attentive, even offering complimentary items after a soup was initially forgotten. The food itself was quite good. Future diners should be aware of potential issues here. We anticipated our bill to be between $400 to $500, including the tip, based on our planned order. Shockingly, it exceeded $700, which seemed excessive given the obstructed view and the food quality not justifying such a price. The specials suggested by our waiter came with undisclosed surcharges, and we were unexpectedly charged for items like water, as well as an encouraged side dish that increased the bill further. An automatic gratuity exceeding $100 was also added, limiting our control over the tip amount. For anyone dining here, it's important to specify your order carefully and be cautious about selecting specials not listed on the menu to avoid surprise charges. In hindsight, it would have been wise to request a better table with a superior fountain view, especially given the substantial expense of over $700 for a dinner for two. In the future, I might prefer to spend that amount or more for a superior experience elsewhere.

It’s expensive, but it’s well worth it! If you’re looking for top-notch service from the moment you approach the hostess desk, this is the place! The food is simply incredible, and the staff, especially John, Paul, and the general manager Mr. Silva, are exceptional in every way. The chef and the kitchen team demonstrate remarkable talent and culinary expertise, making this restaurant more of an experience than just a meal. The fountain view enhanced our experience even more. The seafood was exceptionally fresh, our steaks were like butter and perfectly cooked, and the sides were absolutely delicious! We received congratulations, Champagne, and macaroons in celebration of our special occasion. After such an unforgettable experience, you will undoubtedly be planning your return! Highly recommended!

Prime Steakhouse in Las Vegas offers a luxurious dining experience that is perfect for those looking for high-end cuisine. The dry rubbed aged steak we ordered was truly amazing, with a generous portion size that justified the price. In addition to steak, the restaurant offers special cuts of meat from around the world for those seeking a truly exceptional dining experience. The perfectly seasoned steak melted in our mouths, and we also enjoyed the Sea Bass, garlic mashed potatoes, and cooked mushrooms. With a couple of cocktails, our total bill came to $350, which we felt was worth it for the quality and quantity of food we received. The service was impeccable, with a polite and responsive waiter who took great care of us. If you're looking to treat yourself to a luxury dining experience, I highly recommend checking out Prime Steakhouse.
