While exploring the Bellagio Shops in Las Vegas, I came across a beautiful backpack that caught my eye. I decided to go in and take a closer look. The salesperson was very friendly and informed me that the price of the backpack was $1500. I left with the intention of returning to make a purchase. Two days later, I went back to the shop and was once again assisted by the same helpful salesperson. They helped me try on the backpack and even helped me load my items into it, allowing me to see how well it would work for me. However, when the backpack was rung up at $2400 instead of the displayed $1500, I was disappointed that the management would not honor the listed price. I ultimately decided not to make the purchase due to this discrepancy. The customer service decision made by management was disappointing and did not leave me with a positive impression. I feel sorry for the salesperson who was so helpful to me. Unfortunately, I am unsure if I will return to the Bellagio Shops in the future.

The employees at Bellagio Shops are incredibly helpful. I went in just to browse, but one of the staff members, Joe, spent time showing me my dream piece and discussing watches with me. He even gave me some reading materials on Breguet as I was leaving. I'll definitely be coming back to this boutique when I'm ready to make a purchase because of the outstanding service and hospitality I experienced.

Despite this, Joe took the time to show me the piece and we had a great conversation about watches. Before I left, he even gave me some reading material on Breguet watches. I was impressed by the level of service and hospitality I received, and I know that when I am ready to make a purchase, I will definitely be returning to this Boutique.
