This Las Vegas dining spot ranks as my top choice! With outstanding dishes and attentive service, it's well worth the price for the quality and generous portions you receive. The cod dish is truly memorable, ranking among the best I've tasted. The staff is accommodating, even offering to split plates for sharing—a thoughtful gesture. The lobster pot pie stands out as a particularly unique offering. I strongly suggest visiting!

We opted for the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed most of the dishes. Unfortunately, the lobster pot pie was not up to par, with the lobster being chewy and the liquid component lacking flavor. We also tried the wagyu as an extra, but found it to be overcooked, which was disappointing considering the additional cost. The service was generally excellent, though the server was occupied elsewhere when the wagyu was served, otherwise, I might have sent it back. On the brighter side, the Tuna tartar and the sole were exceptional highlights. Dessert was pleasant and well-presented, though not particularly remarkable.

Where do I even begin... an absolutely stunning evening from start to finish. We nearly skipped the Tartar, but our server kindly insisted it's a must-try. He was spot on throughout the night. The tartar was one of the most extraordinary dishes I've ever tasted. As for the entrees, the lobster pot pie was good, but the salmon and duck truly stole the spotlight. If you're undecided, let the Salmon be your choice. A wonderful evening, and we'll definitely return. xx

I recently dined at MICHAEL MINA in Las Vegas for a celebratory dinner and found the experience somewhat underwhelming. The black cod I ordered was tender and flavorful, although the black truffle sauce leaned heavily on the salty side and lacked any distinctive truffle essence. For dessert, I opted for "The Lemon." The flavors were pleasant, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The service was average, making it difficult to understand how this establishment earned a Michelin star. Furthermore, there was no special attention for the celebration, merely a generic birthday card, which left me feeling a bit disappointed.

Last Wednesday, I had the best dining experience of my life at MICHAEL MINA in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, Justin and his staff made us feel like the most important VIPs in the room. As a big water drinker, one of my pet peeves is when servers overlook an empty glass. However, the server's assistant consistently checked my glass every time he walked by, ensuring it was never empty. I joked with him about his attentiveness, and he mentioned that it was exactly his job. Such diligence suggests that the entire staff is equally well-prepared, something other establishments could learn from. I opted for the tasting menu and it was a fantastic choice. The prawns and hamachi were delicious and refreshing, and the black truffle dashi complemented the cod perfectly. The caviar parfait upgrade lived up to its rave reviews. My companion chose the lobster pot pie once again, and loved it even more this time. Last visit, they couldn’t fully enjoy it due to feeling unwell. The desserts and root beer float provided the perfect ending to our evening. If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience and want to be treated like a regular, Justin and his team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.

Our dining experience at MICHAEL MINA in Las Vegas on Wednesday was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff, led by Justin, treated us like VIPs. I am very particular about my water glass being kept full, and I was impressed by how attentive the server's assistant was in ensuring my glass never went empty. It was clear that the entire staff was well-prepared and focused on providing excellent service. I opted for the tasting menu and was blown away by the delicious prawns, hamachi, and black truffle dashi with cod. The caviar parfait upgrade was definitely worth it, as many other diners had raved about it. My companion thoroughly enjoyed the lobster pot pie, which she couldn't fully appreciate during a previous visit when she was feeling under the weather. The desserts were the perfect finish to our meal, with the root beer float being a standout. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience where you're treated like a regular, MICHAEL MINA is the place to go. Justin and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout the evening.
