I made a reservation a month ahead and informed them of a dairy allergy in our party. Upon arrival, the hostess acknowledged our dietary request. However, once we began the pre-course meal, we realized no substitutions had been made, and dairy was still present in the food. Unfortunately, this led to sickness once we got home. Additionally, the food lacked impact, with no standout dishes and minimal flavor. It's unlikely we'll return.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This place was awful! We were literally one of two occupied tables in an empty room. $250 a plate for food I couldn't even eat due to its lack of flavor, poor texture, and strange combinations. The server was polite and kind, but that didn’t make up for my extreme disappointment with this restaurant. The only highlight was the desserts. The cocktail was basic and nothing to brag about.

I made a reservation a month in advance and informed them about a dairy allergy in our group. Upon check-in, the hostess acknowledged the allergy. However, when we received our pre-course meal, it became apparent that nothing had been adjusted, and dairy was still present in the dishes. Unfortunately, the person with the allergy became very ill afterward. Additionally, the food was underwhelming, with no standout flavors. It's unlikely that we will return.

The food at Picasso in Las Vegas was truly remarkable. The service started off strong, but when I requested our desserts to go due to a concert we had to attend, the server seemed to ignore our request. This caused our dining experience to last longer than expected, going over the 1.5-hour mark we were hoping for. Despite there being ample space in the restaurant at 6pm, we felt crammed between two other couples, so I am deducting one star for the atmosphere. However, we did receive lovely gifts for my partner's birthday and being first-time visitors, which was a nice gesture. While the food was outstanding, the total cost of $600+ makes me uncertain if we will return in the future.

Picasso in Las Vegas offers a top quality dining experience that rivals Michelin star restaurants in Spain and Paris. The entire staff takes excellent care of you from start to finish. The patio seating is definitely worth the extra cost, providing a fantastic view of the Bellagio fountains with coordinated music every 15-30 minutes. The food is exquisite, each dish a work of art that is full of flavor and carefully prepared. The wine pairing is highly recommended, expertly selected to complement each dish. The waiters are professional and attentive, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Be sure to visit Picasso before it closes this year for a special experience you will never forget.

I recently dined at Picasso in Las Vegas and had a mixed experience. I had made a reservation for patio seating, but upon arrival, I was told that the patio was reserved for others. When I brought up my reservation, the staff told me that the other party was spending more money, so I had to either move inside or leave without penalty. This was quite rude and inappropriate for a Michelin starred restaurant, but I chose to stay for my wife's sake. The food, from appetizers to dessert, was excellent, but my steak entree was overcooked and dry. I only managed to finish it with the help of some wine. Unfortunately, my server was not very attentive, and we had to wait longer between courses compared to a table that arrived after us. However, our sommelier was friendly and provided good descriptions of the wines he served. The ambience at Picasso was pleasant, but overall, while the prices were reasonable, I don't think I'll be returning in the future.
