From the moment I entered Bardot Brasserie, it was clear that breakfast was going to be extraordinary. Each bite was a testament to culinary mastery. The thick bacon offered a rich, savory delight, while the perfectly ripe fruit delivered a sweet and refreshing burst. The French toast, delicate and satisfying, melted in the mouth. The coffee was exceptional; the French press provided an inviting aroma followed by a smooth, robust taste, and the latte was equally satisfying. The atmosphere was elegantly warm, and I'm already making plans for a dinner reservation.

During our stay at The Cosmopolitan, we decided to head over to BARDOT Brasserie for breakfast. With an early reservation, we had the chance to enjoy a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. The mimosa and michelada we tried were both excellent, with the michelada packing a spicy punch. We started by sharing an avocado croissant, followed by the crepe and eggs benedict, and found everything to be absolutely delicious, fresh, and uniquely flavorful. The service was commendable, although it slowed down a bit as we neared the end of our meal. The restaurant's ambiance is stunning, with every detail meticulously curated to enhance the space. The intricate floor design truly stood out. A big thanks for a wonderful breakfast experience!

Dessert was the highlight of my meal at BARDOT Brasserie during restaurant week. The escargot was good, but the bread that came with it was a bit disappointing. There was a delay in receiving my steak, as another customer who arrived after me was served before me. However, when my filet finally arrived, it was nicely cooked and delicious. The sauce paired perfectly with the steak. The macaroon for dessert was impressively large and perfectly cooked all the way through, maintaining its proper consistency.

Incredible dinner at BARDOT Brasserie! The French onion soup, beet salad, flounder, and duck fat fries were all delicious. The flounder with croissant crust and french onion soup were standout dishes. Our server, Rosie, was attentive and friendly, enhancing our dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.
