BARDOT at the Aria Casino is a Parisian dream in the heart of Las Vegas. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in an atmosphere that perfectly blends classic French elegance with a modern twist. The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, making it ideal for a romantic dinner or a classy night out. The menu offers a delightful journey through French cuisine, with each dish executed to perfection. Whether indulging in rich escargots, buttery croissants, French onion soup, perfectly cooked steak frites, or lobster, the flavors are authentic and memorable. The wine selection is equally impressive, offering something to complement every dish. What truly sets BARDOT apart is the attention to detail and the impeccable service. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary. If you're at the Aria and craving a taste of Paris, BARDOT is an absolute must-visit!

Dessert was the highlight of my meal at BARDOT Brasserie during restaurant week. The escargot was good, but the bread that came with it was a bit disappointing. There was a delay in receiving my steak, as another customer who arrived after me was served before me. However, when my filet finally arrived, it was nicely cooked and delicious. The sauce paired perfectly with the steak. The macaroon for dessert was impressively large and perfectly cooked all the way through, maintaining its proper consistency.

Incredible dinner at BARDOT Brasserie! The French onion soup, beet salad, flounder, and duck fat fries were all delicious. The flounder with croissant crust and french onion soup were standout dishes. Our server, Rosie, was attentive and friendly, enhancing our dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

BARDOT Brasserie in Las Vegas is an absolutely lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic with live music and top-notch service. The food is truly exceptional - even the duck fat fries and mac and cheese were delicious! I indulged in the Crème Bruleé Coffee for dessert, and it was out of this world! The presentation of the dishes is impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. You can find this gem on the second level of the Aria Resort & Casino.

BARDOT Brasserie in Las Vegas is one of my go-to spots. I've enjoyed brunch and dinner there multiple times and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit before a Knights game, I started with beef tartare and shrimp cocktails, followed by an 8oz fillet and a Mille Feuille for dessert. Tony at the bar provided excellent service and great company. The elegant atmosphere of the space adds to the overall dining experience. I can't wait to return to BARDOT Brasserie again in the future.
