Jean Georges Steakhouse at the Aria Hotel and Casino truly impressed with its outstanding food and excellent service. The char-grilled octopus was particularly amazing, with incredible flavor and tenderness. The truffle mac & cheese was a delicious addition to the perfectly cooked 18oz ribeye steak. From the elegant atmosphere to the attentive staff, every part of the dining experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Jean Georges Steakhouse to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Las Vegas.

My experience at Jean Georges Steakhouse was pleasant overall. We were greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, although there was a slight delay in being seated. Our server provided excellent service throughout the meal, and the cocktails were enjoyable. The chargrilled octopus starter was delicious and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. The roasted Brussels sprouts made for a great side dish. While the meal was on the pricey side, it was in line with what I expected. Overall, I don't foresee a return visit simply because there are so many other dining options to explore in Las Vegas.

We recently dined at Jean Georges Steakhouse for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. The meal was fantastic from start to finish. The complimentary bread and butter were delicious, as was the shrimp cocktail. We opted for the table-carved 36oz Porterhouse steak and it did not disappoint. The truffle Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and crispy sweet potato sides were all excellent choices. To top it off, we received macarons as a special treat for our anniversary. The service was impeccable and the steak sauces were mouthwatering. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas.ππΌππΌ

I've been eyeing Jean Georges Steakhouse at the Aria for some time now, and finally had the opportunity to dine there. The food and service were good, and the atmosphere was decent. However, for the price point of nearly $200 for a meal, I was expecting more. I was seated near the hostess stand, which wasn't ideal, especially when dining alone. The table next to me, a family of 5, shared one steak with no sides, which was a bit amusing. The highlight of the meal was the wedge salad, while the bone-in ribeye was okay but left something to be desired, as you can see from the photos. Overall, while everything was good, I believe there are better high-end steakhouse options in Las Vegas.

Servers were top rate. I don't eat steak often but sirloin doesn't cut it, hot stoves and browning is fine, my steak was good (bone in 18oz Rib Eye). I ate half only due to a light appetite after 9pm. I could barely eat the truffle Mac n cheese. The hot bread was dynamic and we split a wedge salad which came with bacon. The best part of the meal was salad, bread, bacon, butter. My partner had a crab cake and it was on the small side sitting on fresh ginger and lime juice. This was underwhelming and the staff took our back and brought a fresh one about 10 minutes later. Good service. A staff member came to check and apologize, then another senior staffer came to strive for service. The crab cake couldn't keep up with Pappadeaux's crab cake in context. They comped the crab cake and offered dessert. The sauces were a nice touch and explained well.

I was really blown away by this place. The ambiance is gorgeous for starters. The mixologist/bartender I had last night (11/25/23) was superb! I regret to inform you, I cannot recall his name, but he ensured our cocktails were made to perfection and our food came out expeditiously since we were heading to the Usher concert. Excellent customer service!!! The short ribs and brussel sprouts were DELICIOUS π€€. The short ribs were very tender and had an immense amount of flavor! I savored every bite. Definitely this place was a great find in Aria. I would definitely go back!!!
