I've visited Heritage Steak a few times before, but never got around to leaving a review. During my most recent visit, I popped in for a quick drink and meal. I opted to sit at the bar, although I found the service to be a bit slow. I had to flag down a staff member for water before the bartender eventually made their way over to take my order. For food, I decided on the Grilled Bone Marrow and an Old Fashioned cocktail. The bone marrow ended up being my new favorite dish at the restaurant. Though the crostini was a bit hard, the bone marrow itself was incredibly delicious. The skirt steak was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, with the addition of golden raisins and tomatoes adding a nice touch. The dish had a great acidic flavor that really complimented everything. Overall, I would definitely come back to Heritage Steak just for the bone marrow dish.

The food and cocktails at Heritage Steak are simply delicious. The entree I ordered was a pleasant surprise in terms of taste. Unfortunately, my dining experience was slightly marred by the staff's insistence for us to leave, which is why I am giving the restaurant 4 stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak in Las Vegas. Everything from the Parker house rolls to the oysters to the assortment of steaks we ordered was delicious. The desserts, particularly the lemon meringue and skillet brownie, were outstanding. The service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend dining here.

My first visit to Heritage Steak was a pleasant experience. The service was outstanding and the restaurant had a lovely decor. The food was enjoyable, with a highlight being the fresh baked rolls served before our meal. The seafood tower we ordered was decent overall, with nice shrimp although the seasoning was not to my liking. The oysters and lobster were fresh and my dining companion appreciated them. The white fish salad and lobster salad in the tower were not to my taste, as I wasn't expecting them. My husband particularly enjoyed the bone marrow dish. In general, the meal was good but didn't stand out as anything exceptional.

The New York strip at Heritage Steak in Las Vegas had a delicious sear while staying moist and tender on the inside. We attended a business dinner with a set menu and found that the waiter did not explain the menu, leaving us unsure of what to expect. In a restaurant of this caliber, it's important for the waiter to inquire about preferred bourbon or rye for an old fashioned, particularly given the prices. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. The cheesecake was decadent and not overly sweet, providing a satisfying end to the meal.

The food at Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak in Las Vegas was quite enjoyable. While not exceptional, it was pretty good overall. The rolls were a particularly standout dish that exceeded expectations. In terms of pricing, it may be a bit on the higher side, but considering the location in Las Vegas, it seemed reasonable.
