My first visit to Heritage Steak was a pleasant experience. The service was outstanding and the restaurant had a lovely decor. The food was enjoyable, with a highlight being the fresh baked rolls served before our meal. The seafood tower we ordered was decent overall, with nice shrimp although the seasoning was not to my liking. The oysters and lobster were fresh and my dining companion appreciated them. The white fish salad and lobster salad in the tower were not to my taste, as I wasn't expecting them. My husband particularly enjoyed the bone marrow dish. In general, the meal was good but didn't stand out as anything exceptional.
My group of six recently visited Shoot Las Vegas to experience the Glock Gun Battle package they offer. Despite expecting a rushed experience in Las Vegas, we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodating service from Caesar, the employee who assisted us. He took the time to ensure we were prepared and helped us with any issues that arose during our visit. The Glock Gun Battle package was essentially like a game of laser tag, but with Glock 17 pistols that fire blanks and shock packs that can be controlled to provide a startling sensation. The maze-like layout of corridors and rooms added to the excitement as we competed against each other. While the $80 per person cost was a bit high, we found the experience to be well worth it and much more enjoyable than a traditional machine gun tour. If you have an interest in firearms, you'll have a blast navigating the maze and engaging in close quarters combat with your friends. To make the most of your time at Shoot Las Vegas, I recommend purchasing an extra magazine for each member of your group. By strategizing and pacing yourselves, you can make the experience last longer. Overall, we had a great time and plan on returning when we're back in town. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to give Shoot Las Vegas a try!
Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas is a definite must-visit during any trip. The price-performance ratio is consistently excellent and you can always count on knowing exactly what you're getting. It's a more affordable option compared to other restaurants in Vegas. I did deduct one star though, due to issues with the soda machine. Only syrup came out of one lever and only water out of another, making half of the drinks selection unusable. Despite this, I enjoyed nachos, Dorito tacos, cheese rolls, fries, and more.
Stepping into The Spa at Encore is like entering a tranquil haven of luxury. The decor exudes a zen energy with its eclectic style reminiscent of a palace in a far-off land. The spa boasts private massage rooms, both wet and dry saunas, jacuzzis/hot tubs, and cold plunge pools. Upon arrival, you are provided with a locker, sandals, and a plush robe. The locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers are well-stocked with all the essentials including feminine products, toiletries, and hair dryers. The atmosphere is serene with soft music playing and a soothing aroma in the air. I opted for a 50-minute full body massage, requesting deep tissue work in specific areas. The massage therapists are all highly skilled and experienced. While I did ask for more pressure, the overall experience was sensational. Guests can specify their preference for a male or female therapist. One of the highlights is that you do not need to be a guest of the hotel to enjoy the spa facilities – simply purchase a massage or day pass for access to the gym, spa, bathhouse, and amenities for the entire day. I was slightly disappointed with the customer service aspect during my second visit. I called to inform them that I would be arriving 10 minutes late for my appointment. While I understand there are no refunds for tardiness, I was hoping to at least receive part of my service. The woman on the phone was not as accommodating as I had hoped, which left a bit of a sour taste. However, once I arrived, I was able to enjoy the amenities until closing time. It was clear that the front desk staff were different from the person I spoke to on the phone. Overall, The Spa at Encore remains my favorite spot in Las Vegas for relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return on my next visit to the city!
Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas is a fantastic venue! The sound quality is top-notch and the drink prices are reasonable. Plus, the added bonus of being able to bowl during shows makes for a unique and fun experience. I will definitely be returning for more shows in the future!
The M Resort in Las Vegas used to be known for its great buffet, but after the pandemic, the quality has declined and prices have gone up. The parking lot is unkempt with trash scattered around and RVs camping for free, creating a messy environment. The interior feels outdated and reminiscent of a retirement home. The buffet area is still present but not well-maintained. Overall, the place seems neglected and in need of improvements. It may be time to consider closing down if there is no effort to restore it to its former glory.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Paradise Cafe. We were the first customers of the day, so it wasn't too busy. The vegetarian taco bowl was incredibly fresh and delicious. The guacamole and fries were also very tasty. Our server was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.
