The Spa at Encore in Las Vegas is a stunning oasis of peace and tranquility. From the moment you check in until you leave, you will experience the very best in spa luxury. The ambiance with its lighting and music, paired with exceptional cleanliness, creates a truly inviting atmosphere. The plush seating, snacks, and relaxing beverages all contribute to a sense of calm. The service, like that from Louisa, is top-notch. Treat yourself to a visit to this spa - it's worth every penny spent.

What I Disliked
The Spa at Encore is a luxurious and serene oasis that transports you into a zen-like atmosphere with eclectic decor fit for royalty. The spa offers private massage rooms, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge pools, lockers with robes and sandals, and well-supplied locker rooms and showers. The capacity at the spa is limited to ensure privacy and calm, with soothing music and relaxing aromas throughout. The highly skilled and experienced massage therapists provide exceptional services, allowing you to request your preference for gender. A day pass or massage purchase grants access to the gym, spa, and bathhouse amenities for the entire day. While the services and amenities are top-notch, some may find issue with the customer service. Despite friendly staff and quick appointment scheduling, there may be issues with accommodating late arrivals or refund policies. However, the overall experience at The Spa at Encore is exceptional and highly recommended for a relaxing retreat in Las Vegas.

What I Disliked
My friend and I decided to try the 80 minute Good Luck Ritual massage at The Spa at Encore in Las Vegas, and we were blown away by the experience. The spa is top-notch, with a beautifully designed lobby leading to separate women's and men's areas. While we didn't have time to explore all of the spa's amenities, we saw that there was a cold water plunge, steam room, and jacuzzi available for guests to enjoy. The locker rooms were spacious and equipped with luxurious robes and sandals, as well as a private changing area. We relaxed in the quiet and spacious lounge before our treatments, where we could help ourselves to tea, coffee, and snacks. The massage itself was incredible, including a soothing scalp massage with oils, hand and foot exfoliation, and a perfectly executed massage that relieved the tension built up from traveling and walking. After our treatments, we checked out the shower area, which was clean and well-maintained with great water pressure and a variety of body washes and shampoos to choose from. Overall, our experience at The Spa at Encore was fantastic and definitely worth the investment. We highly recommend it to anyone in need of a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience.

I've visited several spas, and The Spa at Encore may not be the biggest, but it's truly fantastic. I felt completely relaxed and the showers were luxurious. I highly recommend getting a day pass here. I didn't have time for a massage, so I can't speak to that, but everyone I saw coming out of the spa looked rejuvenated and refreshed.

Stepping into The Spa at Encore is like entering a tranquil haven of luxury. The decor exudes a zen energy with its eclectic style reminiscent of a palace in a far-off land. The spa boasts private massage rooms, both wet and dry saunas, jacuzzis/hot tubs, and cold plunge pools. Upon arrival, you are provided with a locker, sandals, and a plush robe. The locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers are well-stocked with all the essentials including feminine products, toiletries, and hair dryers. The atmosphere is serene with soft music playing and a soothing aroma in the air. I opted for a 50-minute full body massage, requesting deep tissue work in specific areas. The massage therapists are all highly skilled and experienced. While I did ask for more pressure, the overall experience was sensational. Guests can specify their preference for a male or female therapist. One of the highlights is that you do not need to be a guest of the hotel to enjoy the spa facilities – simply purchase a massage or day pass for access to the gym, spa, bathhouse, and amenities for the entire day. I was slightly disappointed with the customer service aspect during my second visit. I called to inform them that I would be arriving 10 minutes late for my appointment. While I understand there are no refunds for tardiness, I was hoping to at least receive part of my service. The woman on the phone was not as accommodating as I had hoped, which left a bit of a sour taste. However, once I arrived, I was able to enjoy the amenities until closing time. It was clear that the front desk staff were different from the person I spoke to on the phone. Overall, The Spa at Encore remains my favorite spot in Las Vegas for relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return on my next visit to the city!
