Spa Mio at The M Resort

Although the massage by Tony at Spa Mio was great, the amenities left much to be desired during my visit. The jacuzzi area appeared unfinished and in need of maintenance, with towels not being restocked and the overall area not well-kept. The steam room was steamy, but I couldn't help but question its cleanliness. Unfortunately, I left with an ear infection after my visit, likely due to the unclean jacuzzi water. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this spa. For the price I paid, I expected better maintenance and cleanliness standards.

I enjoyed the amenities at Spa Mio, although it is a bit smaller compared to other casino spas. The area can feel tight when there are 5-6 people using the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. However, the staff were excellent and made sure everything was taken care of - from refilling towels, trash, and drinks every hour to providing essential items like razors, hairbrushes, and toothpaste. I did notice some mold in the wet area, but unfortunately, cameras were not allowed so I couldn't take a picture to share. Despite this issue, I had a great experience with the facial I booked and would definitely return in the future. If the mold issue is resolved, this spa has the potential to be excellent.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The eucalyptus steam room was a personal favorite. I can't imagine how crowded it would feel if they were at full capacity for the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. However, the staff were fantastic and were attentive to refilling towels, drinks, and taking care of any needs. They had all the essentials such as razors, hairbrushes, and toothpaste available which was convenient. Unfortunately, I did notice some mold in the wet area, which was a bit concerning. I couldn't take a picture to share as cameras weren't allowed. Overall, I would have rated higher if it weren't for the mold. However, I did have a great facial and would consider returning in the future.
