Spa Mio at The M Resort

I recently visited Spa Mio for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. Despite it being Super Bowl weekend, the spa was not overly crowded, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The eucalyptus steam room was a personal favorite. I will definitely be returning for a spa service the next time I'm in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Spa Mio at The M Resort in Las Vegas and had a mixed experience. While the amenities were enjoyable, the spa itself felt a bit tight with only 5-6 people in the area. I can't imagine how crowded it would feel if they were at full capacity for the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. However, the staff were fantastic and were attentive to refilling towels, drinks, and taking care of any needs. They had all the essentials such as razors, hairbrushes, and toothpaste available which was convenient. Unfortunately, I did notice some mold in the wet area, which was a bit concerning. I couldn't take a picture to share as cameras weren't allowed. Overall, I would have rated higher if it weren't for the mold. However, I did have a great facial and would consider returning in the future.

While my massage at Spa Mio was enjoyable, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The jacuzzi area appeared to be under construction and not well-maintained. The towels were not restocked, and it was early in the morning. The steam room was steamy but left me questioning its cleanliness. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this spa. Unfortunately, my visit resulted in an ear infection, likely due to the questionable jacuzzi water. I was very disappointed, especially considering the high cost of the experience.

This place was the perfect haven for my sister and I after a very stressful month. We went early and it wasn't crowded so we had the place to ourselves on a Friday. The staff was attentive enough and the massages were relaxing. Thank you.

Although I had a great massage by Tony (I think that's his name) the amenities were not up to par. The jacuzzi area looked undone like they were remodeling. Didn't seem like the area was kept. The towels weren't replenished wet or dry and it was 8:45 a.m. the steam room was nice and steamy but couldn't help but wonder when the last time it was cleaned. Not impressed at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend after my visit I incurred an awful ear infection that almost took me out!!!! Do not come here! They do not clean their water in the jacuzzi.

I came here for a spa day & massage. The spa was beautiful, the staff was friendly and everything was clean! The massage therapist was very nice and attentive, and overall I had a great experience. As a local, I would definitely come back for some relaxation time- and to use the steam room (which was amazing)
