Recently visited the newly renamed wine cellar in Las Vegas for a Christmas party. The room was nice and the food was enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that the wine cellar only offered one type of wine.

The wine experience at Hostile Grape is truly unparalleled. The intimate setting allows you to savor the wide selection of wines without the usual hustle and bustle of a bar or crowded casino. What sets Hostile Grape apart is the option to choose the size of your pour, with 1oz, 3oz, or 5oz glasses available. I appreciated being able to sample a variety of wines with the smaller pour size on my first visit, and then indulging in a larger pour on my second visit for a leisurely conversation. The friendly staff at Hostile Grape are attentive and eager to assist, offering recommendations and answering any questions. They make sure your glass is always filled and promptly clear away used glasses. During my first visit, I was treated to live music by a talented guitar player and singer, which added to the already inviting atmosphere. I never miss a chance to stop by Hostile Grape when I'm in Vegas, no matter where I'm staying. It's a must-visit for any wine lover in the area.

Having heard about Hostile Grape for years, I finally visited on a late Saturday night. The wine bar area exudes a contemporary, elegant, and upscale vibe, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The couches and tables are comfortable and spacious, allowing for great conversations over wine. The acoustic guitarist on stage added to the already cool atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient, and the wine menu exceeded my expectations with its extensive options and personalized pour sizes. It's a great place to relax, catch up with friends, and try new wines. Although we were short on time, we grabbed a couple of glasses before heading out. Now that we know the wine selection is fantastic, we'll definitely be back soon to explore more of what Hostile Grape has to offer. Cheers!

Easily the best wine experience I've ever had. The intimate setting allows you to enjoy the wide selection of wines without feeling like you're in a bar or crowded casino, setting it apart from many venues in the area. I also appreciate the options for how large a pour you can have of each wine (the machines allow for 1oz, 3oz, or 5oz glasses). I went for the smallest my first time there because I wanted to try the widest selection, which is good for two sips. For wines I knew I wanted on my second visit, I went for the 3oz, which lasted for an entire topic or two of conversation, meaning I didn't have to keep getting up for more wine. Staff are very friendly and are quick to offer new glasses and take the used ones. They're also willing to answer questions and give recommendations of their favorites, which helped me out with narrowing down which ones to choose since I wanted to try so many. My first visit was during a night where they had a guitar player and singer who was very talented and set a great mood. I make it a point to visit The Hostile Grape each time I visit Vegas, even if I'm staying far away. It's a must for any wine enthusiast visiting the area.
