Experiencing Las Vegas for the first time led us to discover Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood. We were fortunate to snag a spot at their all-inclusive Sunday brunch via the Open Table waitlist. Securing a reservation requires a credit card, and we got there approximately 20 minutes ahead of schedule. After a short wait, the hostess greeted us with a smile, confirmed our booking, and mentioned there'd be a slight delay before seating. Once our table was ready, she guided us to our seats, and our server, Gabriel, introduced himself. He provided a clear rundown of the brunch offerings and how everything worked. I can confidently say this is the finest brunch buffet I’ve ever had—it deserves a perfect score. The array of choices was incredible, from roasted lobster tails to chilled crab legs and shrimp, complemented by a variety of delicious sides. The quality and flavor make it worth every penny. I highly suggest securing your reservation early to experience this culinary delight. We will undoubtedly return to Anthony's for their spectacular Sunday brunch the next time we visit Las Vegas. It was an unforgettable dining experience.

We visited Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood for the Sunday brunch, and it was absolutely spectacular. It definitely lives up to the hype with its wonderful selection of seafood, breakfast items, prime rib, sushi, salad bar, and just about anything you can think of. Booking a full year in advance was absolutely worth it.

It’s hard to describe the sheer joy the phrase “all you can eat lobsters” brings, especially when they’re featured in a Vegas steakhouse. Located in Anthony’s Prime Steakhouse at the M Resort, this special buffet is available for just a few hours during Sunday Brunch, so blink and you might miss it. Securing reservations proved challenging, but reaching out a few months in advance made it possible. At $99 per person, this experience was undoubtedly the highlight of my Vegas trip. While the prime rib, lamb chops, clam chowder, and other accompaniments were outstanding, the true star of the meal was the succulent lobster tails. Perfectly grilled, their taste was so divine, it felt like a transcendent experience. The wide range of desserts and fresh fruit selection offered an ideal conclusion to this exceptional meal.

Is Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood worth the hype? Well, it's a mixed bag. Reserving a brunch buffet was a seamless process, from booking in advance to being escorted to our table on arrival. The staff was attentive and kept our glasses full. When it came to the seafood, the lobster tails were a standout, while the crab legs and claws were delicious. However, the other dishes fell short. The salmon was dry and the sushi was subpar. As for the meats, there was a disappointing incident with a long white hair in the beef Wellington pastry. Despite this, the Wellington itself was tasty, as were the lamb and prime rib. Although my family enjoyed the experience overall, the issue with the hair left a bad taste. I would recommend a health inspection for cleanliness before visiting. I'm deducting a star for inconsistent seafood quality and another for the hair incident. Hopefully, my next visit will be better.
