Old Homestead Steakhouse is no longer open for business.

Brothers Marc and Greg Sherry bring one of New York City’s most historic restaurants to the Las Vegas strip, Old Homestead Steakhouse. This urban steakhouse offers an updated menu, but still features the restaurant’s most iconic cuts of meat. Some preferred dishes include the Colossal Crab Cake, the 32-ounce Gotham Rib Eye Steak, and, of course, New York Style Cheesecake. Old Homestead Steakhouse offers both seafood and steakhouse dining options in a business casual setting for around $100 per person. Old Homestead Steakhouse is located at Caesar’s Palace and is open for dinner only.

Excellent architecture! Food was below average except Tiramisu. There was a bartender there, that kept on coughing and sneezing, which made it uncomfortable for us to enjoy our food and has made me sick. This is a season of flu , either she should go home or at least wear a mask and Not spread Germs around. Besides, there were NO customers at the bar. She didn't have to be there. She ruined our dinner practically! The restaurant barely had any customers. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing. Went on a monday 6pm, inside the atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary/birthday dinner (if you sit on the "patio" it's much more casual of a vibe). They had an anniversary and birthday card on the table for us which felt like a beautiful person touch. Our server was very knowledgeable and so nice. She got amazing whiskey recommendations from the bartender for my partner as well as food. The lentil soup was good, nothing too special but delicious. They offered us bibs which they tied on for us to not get our clothes dirty. Her and a helper took apart the lobster and cut the steak for us and the food was AMAZING. We asked for extra of the roasted garlic and she did not disappoint that's for sure. Then as dessert we got a slice of cheesecake with candles for us to blow out. While it is pricier it's 100% worth it.

Great experience! Got Will as our server, super cool guy & amazing service! Ordered 3 Old fashion so you could say they were good! He recommended the crab cake as the appetizer & we didn’t regret ordering it. The mustard complimented the taste really well. Ordered a Filet Mignon it wasn’t bad it just lacked seasoning. Regular mashed potatoes on the side were full of flavor. We did have to wait a bit for our food but overall it was a great dinner! Thanks again Will.

So the first time we ate here, it was during Covid (2020), so we weren't able to have the dining experience, but we did enjoy the food via room service. This time we got the full dining experience, and it was pretty good. The atmosphere was cool. Soft lighting and moderate noise. The service was very professional and delightful. As for the food, nothing was bad, but the items that really stood out was the Bisque soup and Truffle Mashed Potatoes. My wife had the Scallops, which were just okay. We had the sweet corn which tasted more like a Mexican corn. I had the 8oz Cap Ribeye, which was tasty and juicy enough to were it didn't need any sauce!!!! We had the Crab cake for an appetizer, which was good too. But the one thing we couldn't get enough of was those Truffle mashed potatoes... I highly recommend them!!! We also got a complimentary birthday dessert which was a delicious cheesecake!!!

Went around dinner time and service was great! We got a lot of different things, I don't quite remember all of them. Food was 4/5 only because the steaks were a little too salty for me. Went here two different times and both times the steak were salty. But other than that you could tell the meat was high quality. Service was awesome, everyone was knowledgable and friendly. Enjoyed our experience and is worth a try!

Had an amazing dinner experience at the Old Homestead in Vegas. The food was phenomenal- can easily say the steak was one of the best I've had. The service was also remarkable, everyone working was incredibly friendly and came by many of times to make sure our experience was nothing short of fantastic!!
