Our initial visit to T-Bones Chophouse in Las Vegas left a positive impression that motivated us to return. The opportunity arose on March 7, 2025, thanks to a complimentary reservation arranged by a casino host. Despite arriving about 25 minutes early due to the venue's usual weekend crowds, we were advised to wait until closer to our reservation time, which led to a bit of a delay as we were seated around 17 minutes late. While some may find this negligible, it was an initial hiccup in our evening. The booth seating was comfortable, and the décor impressive, with a live performer enhancing the ambiance. Early on, the background music featured some unexpected choices like Guns N' Roses, which seemed slightly out of place for the setting. The lively atmosphere was audible, perhaps louder than one might anticipate for a high-end establishment. Our meal began with an Old Fashioned and a glass of Cabernet, followed by Lobster Chowder and Crab Cakes as appetizers. For the main course, we ordered a 12 oz Lobster, a 16 oz NY Strip (Boneless Cut), and a 12 oz NY Strip (Featured Cut). It was noted that the menu offered conflicting details about the steak's origin, either from Margaret River, Australia, or Snake River Farms, Idaho, and was a point of curiosity. Sides included Mac & Cheese, Broccoli, and Artichoke Romana. Unfortunately, the meal service was sluggish, with a 64-minute wait for our main dishes. The drinks were excellent, albeit with a delay in receiving a second round. The appetizers and the lobster with the 12 oz steak were exceptional. However, the 16 oz steak did not meet expectations, served more rare than the requested medium, and over-charred. Although it was reheated, it remained underdone, but acceptable on occasion. The sides were average, and bread service was notably late, arriving after the appetizers and without butter initially. In conclusion, this visit was satisfactory but not outstanding, reflected in a 3-star rating. Despite the uneven experience, the restaurant's popularity makes it a place to consider. While this might not be a future destination for us, the quality of the drinks, appetizers, and the amiable service from Tristan, Travis, and the hosts were redeeming factors. Our server's effort to rectify the situation by adjusting the bill was appreciated, kudos to Tristan for striving to improve our experience.

A visit to T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Casino proved to be a memorable experience for a special occasion. Starting with drinks at the bar, the beverages were exceptional, complemented by attentive service. The ambiance of this steakhouse is as expected, featuring subdued lighting, high ceilings, and a charming fireplace, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Opting for filet mignons, they were cooked flawlessly. The appetizers, including a palm salad and shrimp tempura, were delicious. Initially picking a Bordeaux that didn’t quite meet expectations, the switch to a Merlot turned out to be a better choice. On the side, seared scallops and French fries were skillfully prepared—executing both dishes perfectly. The service was outstanding, with our server Andreas providing exceptional care. The visit was thoroughly enjoyable, and a return is definitely in the plans. Although on the pricier side, the quality of service and preparation made it worthwhile. T-Bones Chophouse is highly recommended for those celebrating a special occasion.

Best T-bone steak I've ever had; the portion was huge and even as cold leftovers, it was delicious! It came with fresh seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection. The crab cakes featured real chunky pieces without any unnecessary sauce or starch. The prime rib was thoroughly enjoyed, and the sizeable lobster tail was both meaty and flavorful. The only thing that could be improved is the seafood tower—it could use a little more stacking as it looked a bit underwhelming. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Our server seemed annoyed when we mentioned we wanted to share everything, almost as if it was an unusual request. When the ribeye arrived, there was no inquiry about whether we wanted it pre-sliced, which is typically a standard practice at other upscale steakhouses when sharing is mentioned. The ribeye itself was exceptional, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection without the need for any sauce. The prime rib, ordered medium, was neither dry nor overly salty, and it came with Au Jus on the side and a selection of four horseradish sauces. The burger was cooked just right, but the thousand island sauce was overpowering, detracting from the quality of the burger. A different sauce or serving it on the side would have been preferable. Unfortunately, the lobster chowder was excessively salty. The cauliflower steak had an unusual seasoning that may not suit everyone's taste, but some might find it enjoyable.

We had oysters, crab cake, Caesar salad, and the tomahawk with vegetables for a party of three at T-bones Chophouse in Las Vegas. It was our first time trying American wagyu and it did not disappoint. The meat was leaner but just as tasty as Japanese or Australian wagyu. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Our server seemed taken aback when we mentioned that we wanted to share all of our dishes, giving us a bit of a sour attitude. We also weren't asked if we wanted our ribeye pre-sliced, which was a departure from other high-end steak restaurants we've visited in the past. That being said, the ribeye was absolutely fantastic - perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. No additional sauce was needed to enhance the flavor. The prime rib, cooked to a medium doneness, was juicy and not overly salty. The Au Jus was served on the side, along with four different horseradish sauce options. The burger was cooked perfectly, but the thousand island sauce was overwhelming and took away from the overall taste of the burger. I wish they would serve it with a different sauce options and have the sauce served on the side. The lobster chowder was found to be too salty for my liking. Lastly, the cauliflower steak had a seasoning that was a bit strange to me, but others may enjoy it.
