During a recent visit to Las Vegas, we made our way to The Broiler at Boulder Station for a friend’s birthday dinner. Initially, we were concerned about getting a table for seven without a wait, especially given that the restaurant was more than half empty at 7:30 PM. Despite our worries, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff who served some of the most impressive dishes of our trip. The meal began with a basket of warm rolls and biscuits bursting with flavor. We then enjoyed their renowned Tableside Caesar Salad, prepared expertly at our table with fresh ingredients brought on a cart. For the main course, several of us chose the Wednesday special: Crab Stuffed Maine Lobster, which featured a delightful blend of crab and lobster flavors. Another member of our group opted for the prime rib, which also received high praise. The rest of us followed our server Kenny's recommendation of the Rib Eye Steak. His suggestion was spot on, as it turned out to be the best steak I’ve tasted in a long time. The steak was marinated, smoke-grilled, and perfectly garnished with a garlic cilantro sauce. If you're a steak lover, you can't go wrong with The Broiler’s Rib Eye Steak! Lastly, a special mention to our server Kenny, whose humor and friendliness added a wonderful touch to an already excellent dining experience.

Visited The Broiler on a Friday night, and to my surprise, the place was nearly empty. The food arrived incredibly quickly, and their prices are fantastic. Steaks come with sides, and they offer a variety of excellent specials depending on the day of the week. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The lobster had a wonderful flavor, though it was slightly overcooked. The mashed potatoes were very garlicky, and the mac and cheese was good but not extraordinary. The brownie dessert was customizable with various toppings and impressively large. Overall, it was an excellent dinner experience.

Thursday's all-you-can-eat crab legs are exceptional. The mac and cheese wasn't to my taste, but those crab legs were absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is top-notch.

The food at The Broiler was fantastic. The table side caesar salad was a must-try and the steak was cooked perfectly. Opted for the unlimited crab legs and it did not disappoint. The service was a bit slow due to how busy it was, but our waiter was friendly.

The Broiler in Las Vegas has just introduced new "sea to table" specials available every Wednesday through Sunday. I had the pleasure of trying their crab stuffed Maine lobster for $39 on Wednesdays and their all-you-can-eat snow crab legs for $39 on Thursdays. It was definitely a great deal and the food was delicious. I highly recommend checking it out.

The all you can eat crab legs on Thursdays at The Broiler were absolutely fantastic. While the mac and cheese didn't quite hit the mark for me, the crab legs were delicious and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere at the restaurant is lovely and the service is top-notch. Overall, a great dining experience.
