On August 18th, our party of five enjoyed an exceptional dining experience at Gallagher's Steakhouse in Las Vegas, thanks to Scott and his assistant server! Even though it was a spontaneous decision to celebrate a birthday, it turned out to be the best choice we've ever made. We visit Vegas at least twice a year, but this was hands down the finest service and cuisine we've encountered. This gem truly is a wonderful discovery. Our table ordered salmon, chicken, and steak, all of which were perfect 10s. Scott's attentive service was impeccable, making our evening unforgettable. We unanimously agreed that this establishment is a must-visit, especially with Scott as our server. The atmosphere is enchanting, offering a delightful escape from the bustling Vegas scene. We absolutely love it here!

I’d been eagerly anticipating my visit to this New York classic all week. Let’s start with the service—impeccable, thanks to barman Joe. His Old Fashioned is a must-try while you’re waiting for your table. I dove right into the steak, ordering the bone-in ribeye USDA Prime—cowboy-sized for the big appetites—enhanced with Oscar-style sauce and crab lumps. The steak was delectable all around, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. However, my only gripe is that the char was not as pronounced as it is at some elite steakhouses like Gibson’s in Chicago. Minimal char on a steak at this price point is a bit disappointing, costing it one star in my book. That said, the steak was well-flavored with a nice smoky aftertaste. Definitely drop by this steakhouse the next time you’re at New York-New York.

The food at Gallagher's Steakhouse is truly outstanding. I ordered the buffalo ribeye, which was incredibly tender and delicious, and the lamb chops were cooked perfectly. The flavors were amazing and just melted in your mouth. The service was good and overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Our bill for dinner for 2, including drinks, appetizer, sides, and tip came to $320.

My companion and I tried the aged NY strip steak and the bison steak at Gallagher's Steakhouse. The aged NY strip steak was decent, but could have been more seasoned and was a bit tough. On the other hand, the bison steak was incredibly flavorful and tender. I also tried the blueberry mojito mocktail, which was quite tart but paired well with the richness of the steak. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.

Visited Gallagher's Steakhouse before attending a show in Vegas to expand my dining options. Despite the crowded and noisy atmosphere (which may have been due to a Vegas Golden Knights game happening the same night), we were promptly seated and served by a great waiter. He recommended the signature dry-aged New York strip, which turned out to be tasty but lacking a wow factor. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, with lots of old signed photos, but nothing too impressive. The mushrooms and Brussels sprouts sides were passable, not exceptional. Overall, Gallagher's Steakhouse is a decent spot to dine if someone else suggests it, but it wouldn't be my top pick for a must-visit Vegas restaurant.

Recently visited Gallagher's Steakhouse in Las Vegas before heading to see a show. The restaurant was busy and noisy, likely due to a Vegas Golden Knights game happening nearby. Despite this, we were seated promptly and received great service from our server. He made some recommendations, and we decided on their signature dry-aged New York strip. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, with lots of old signed photos, but nothing particularly stood out. The food arrived and was tasty, including the steak. We also ordered mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, which were just okay. While Gallagher's Steakhouse is somewhere I would be happy to dine at if invited, it doesn't make it to the top of my list for must-visit Vegas restaurants.
