Upon arriving at Cornerstone in Las Vegas, we felt overlooked while waiting to be seated. As we needed to wait for additional members of our group, we decided to sit in the bar area. Unfortunately, our drinks took quite a long time to arrive. Once everyone arrived and we were finally seated in the dining area, the lack of attention from the staff continued. Even after placing our orders, the service remained indifferent. The food itself was satisfactory, but the prices seemed steep given the experience. Overall, we left wishing the service had been more attentive and welcoming.

We sought a reasonably priced steak dinner without overspending and discovered Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse. While the atmosphere is typical of a restaurant located within a casino, the quality of the food certainly compensates for it. The service was satisfactory, although our waiter seemed to be juggling multiple tasks. Some additional support for Gary would have been beneficial. We savored fresh baked bread with creamy butter, incredibly large tempura shrimp, bacon green beans, and a bone-in Ribeye. The meal, excluding tip, was approximately $65-70! If you're in the mood for a delightful dinner and can handle the initial casino noise and ambiance, Cornerstone is an excellent choice!

Cornerstone in Las Vegas offers fantastic value for money! Both the Lobster Bisque and the GIANT PRIME RIB were exceptional. We even had enough leftovers for the next night's dinner!

Upon arrival, a friendly hostess promptly greeted and seated me. The restaurant was bustling but not overly crowded, with a moderate noise level. The decor evoked a Prohibition-era ambiance, featuring dark wood, leather booths, and vintage photos adorning the walls. The steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare, was juicy and packed with flavor. Accompanied by a rich and savory au jus and fresh, spicy horseradish, the portion size was generous and well-priced. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t finish it all. Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable. My server was attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

However, I would not recommend the crabcake as its filling was a bit dry. The king crab legs were plentiful and juicy, with outstanding flavor. The lobster bisque was exceptional, the best I've ever tasted. The service was attentive, and we never had to request anything. Highly recommended.

The friendly hostess promptly seated me in a moderately busy restaurant with a Prohibition-era decor of dark wood, leather booths, and vintage photos. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly to medium rare and was juicy and flavorful. The portion was generous and reasonably priced. The au jus and horseradish were rich and fresh, adding to the overall deliciousness of the meal. The service throughout was excellent, with my server striking the perfect balance of being attentive but not intrusive.
