Charcoal Room at Palace Station

My family had a lovely Christmas Day dinner for four at Charcoal Room in Palace Station. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The Lobster Ravioli pasta was a bit thicker than what I'm used to making at home and didn't have much filling, but the sauce was delicious. Both Porterhouse steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered. The side dishes were delicious and plentiful enough to share. The shrimp on the Christmas menu were huge, almost as big as the plate they were served on!

I recently dined at the Charcoal Room at Palace Station in Las Vegas and had a great experience. To accommodate our large group, they reserved the back room for us, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and very professional throughout our meal. I ordered the roasted chicken and thought it was delicious, as did others in our group who ordered everything from burgers to steak. The food was simply delicious. I was also impressed with how clean and presentable the restaurant was. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

While the Lobster Ravioli pasta was a bit thicker than expected and lacked filling, the sauce was incredibly flavorful. The Porterhouse steaks were cooked to perfection and the side dishes were both delicious and plentiful for sharing. Additionally, the shrimp on the Christmas menu were impressively large. Overall, a great dining experience at Charcoal Room.

Date: July 03, 2023 8:00 PM Reservation We’ve seen the restaurant when we watch movies here, and have always wanted to try it out. We were very impressed! The service was amazing! The food made just like you want and very flavorful! I got the bone in ribeye and my husband ordered the porterhouse. We shared the mushrooms which were very flavorful (highly recommend) and the grilled asparagus, which was just OK. We also ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp which was good along with scallops.
