Charcoal Room at Palace Station

I recently visited The Charcoal Room at Palace Station for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. I had the opportunity to dine during Three Square restaurant week, which benefits food insecurity in Southern Nevada. The dinner and drinks were exceptional, but what truly stood out was the top-notch service. A special thank you to Jorge for making my evening so enjoyable. The quality of the food and service was truly excellent.

Recently went to Charcoal Room at Palace Station in Las Vegas for Christmas Day dinner with a group of four. The service was excellent and the food was very good overall. The Lobster Ravioli pasta was a bit thicker than expected and lacked filling, but the sauce was delicious. Both Porterhouse steaks were cooked perfectly to order and the side dishes were both tasty and plentiful for sharing. Additionally, the shrimp on the Christmas menu were impressively large.

My group visited Charcoal Room at Palace Station in Las Vegas for an early dinner. We requested a high chair in our reservation and were pleased to find it waiting for us at our table. We appreciated this attention to detail. Our server, Jessica, provided excellent service, being attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We ordered the wedge salad, chopped salad, mac & cheese, charred corn, the prime, the petit filet, and creme brûlée. All of the dishes were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Jessica and the rest of the staff. We can't wait to come back again soon.

The new manager, Eric, at Charcoal Room at Palace Station is an amazing addition to the restaurant. Every visit starts with a warm greeting from him, and the staff always seems happy to be there. The bartender, Carrie, makes sure to stop by and say hello, and the food is consistently top-notch. Ramon even goes above and beyond by giving extra pretzel bread. I always order the steak tartare and a bottle of Justin wine. I would highly recommend this restaurant with a 10 out of 10 rating. Make sure to visit Tuesday through Saturday to meet Eric, the general manager. You won't be disappointed!

My family had a lovely Christmas Day dinner for four at Charcoal Room in Palace Station. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I recently dined at the Charcoal Room at Palace Station in Las Vegas and had a great experience. To accommodate our large group, they reserved the back room for us, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and very professional throughout our meal. I ordered the roasted chicken and thought it was delicious, as did others in our group who ordered everything from burgers to steak. The food was simply delicious. I was also impressed with how clean and presentable the restaurant was. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
