We visited this place with friends and had set our expectations high. Despite having reservations, we experienced a 15-minute wait upon arrival. The venue boasts a cozy and vibrant ambiance. The staff was approachable and attentive, ensuring our drinks were consistently topped up. For a steakhouse in Las Vegas, the pricing was reasonable, although it's located quite a distance from the strip. The selection of bread offered both sweet and savory choices. While our steaks were satisfactory, the lobster, though visually appealing, lacked flavor, and my shrimp scampi was slightly overcooked with an unusual taste. On the bright side, the dessert was delightful. I might consider visiting again if I'm in the area, but it doesn't justify a special trip from the strip.

We visited Charcoal Room at Palace Station with a group of friends, carrying high expectations. Although we had reservations, we experienced a short wait of about 15 minutes. The ambiance was wonderful, warm, and vibrant. The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly refilling drinks and ensuring a pleasant experience. We might consider returning if we're in the area, but it's not compelling enough to draw us from the Strip.

Celebrated a friend's birthday at the Charcoal Room located in Palace Station, Las Vegas. Having previously enjoyed the location at Santa Fe, this visit did not disappoint. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with an inviting bar area for relaxation. The service was outstanding—attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the New York strip, which was perfectly cooked. Overall, a place worth returning to!

We recently had an early Father’s Day dinner at Charcoal Room at Palace Station in Las Vegas. Our reservation included a request for a high chair, and it was ready at our table when we arrived—an excellent touch we wish more restaurants would adopt. Jessica was our server, and she took great care of us! She was incredibly sweet and checked in on us throughout our meal. We enjoyed the wedge salad, chopped salad, mac and cheese, charred corn, the prime rib, the petite filet, and creme brûlée. Every dish was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Thank you, Jessica, and the entire staff for a wonderful experience. We're definitely looking forward to returning.

I recently visited The Charcoal Room at Palace Station for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. I had the opportunity to dine during Three Square restaurant week, which benefits food insecurity in Southern Nevada. The dinner and drinks were exceptional, but what truly stood out was the top-notch service. A special thank you to Jorge for making my evening so enjoyable. The quality of the food and service was truly excellent.
