TENDER steak and seafood Restaurant

I had some difficulty securing a reservation at Tender steak and seafood, but eventually managed to book a table for Friday evening. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived, with only a few tables occupied in the room we were seated in. For starters, I tried the crabcake which was decent but not exceptional. My dining companion had the lobster soup, which was lacking in flavor and seemed to be lacking in lobster as well. Our entree, the bone-in Tommy Hawk steak, was cooked well but a bit gristly and not as flavorful as expected. The accompanying sauces were a nice touch though. We also ordered the lobster Mac, which was dry and lacking in taste, and the cheese grits which were excellent. The huckleberry cheesecake we had for dessert was outstanding and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, the service was good and the restaurant had a lovely old-fashioned decor. Our bill came to $390 for two people. I did try to provide some feedback to the restaurant management but unfortunately did not receive a response. In conclusion, Tender steak and seafood has room for improvement in terms of food quality and customer service.

The martini was delicious and the server, Nicole, was friendly and proactive. Overall, a 3 out of 5 experience that would have been higher if not for the distraction of one trainee.

The baked potato was a standout side, large enough to share between two people. Despite the minor issues with the beef dishes, we had an overall pleasant experience at Tender and are willing to give it another try in the future.

The crabcake was decent, though the pickled vegetables did not add much flavor. We opted for the bone-in Tommy Hawk steak, which was cooked properly but contained a significant amount of gristle. The steak came with three sauces that complemented it well. The lobster Mac was dry and lacking in flavor, while the cheese grits were excellent. For dessert, we shared a delicious huckleberry cheesecake. The service was good, but the restaurant was mostly empty during our visit. Our bill came to $390 for two people. The decor had an old-fashioned charm with beautiful woodwork and burgundy tones. Overall, while the experience was decent, there were areas that could be improved, such as the quality of the food and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

My recent dining experience at TENDER steak and seafood Restaurant was absolutely wonderful. We appreciated the casual dress code, which was a nice change from having to dress up. The service we received was exceptional, with our waiter being friendly, attentive, and just plain awesome. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was the best I've ever had, the asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the steaks and salmon were fantastic. This has become our new favorite steak house in Vegas and we will definitely be returning.
