TENDER steak and seafood Restaurant

I had difficulty securing a reservation at TENDER steak and seafood for several days, as no one returned my calls. Eventually, I was able to make a reservation for Friday evening through an employee at the front desk. We were seated promptly at 5:30 in a room with only three other tables, despite the restaurant having multiple dining areas. For appetizers, I ordered the crabcake and my companion ordered the lobster soup. The lobster soup was disappointing, resembling Campbell's cream of tomato soup with a minimal amount of lobster. The crabcake was decent, though the pickled vegetables did not add much flavor. We opted for the bone-in Tommy Hawk steak, which was cooked properly but contained a significant amount of gristle. The steak came with three sauces that complemented it well. The lobster Mac was dry and lacking in flavor, while the cheese grits were excellent. For dessert, we shared a delicious huckleberry cheesecake. The service was good, but the restaurant was mostly empty during our visit. Our bill came to $390 for two people. The decor had an old-fashioned charm with beautiful woodwork and burgundy tones. Overall, while the experience was decent, there were areas that could be improved, such as the quality of the food and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

My recent dining experience at TENDER steak and seafood Restaurant was absolutely wonderful. We appreciated the casual dress code, which was a nice change from having to dress up. The service we received was exceptional, with our waiter being friendly, attentive, and just plain awesome. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was the best I've ever had, the asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the steaks and salmon were fantastic. This has become our new favorite steak house in Vegas and we will definitely be returning.

My first experience at Tender was enjoyable. The restaurant had a classic old-school Vegas ambiance, but the dress code was casual. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly. The steaks were the standout dish, earning the restaurant a four-star rating from me. I opted for the coffee-rubbed New York steak, which had a hint of coffee flavor in the butter but could have used more seasoning. The prime rib, a Sunday special, was not cooked to the requested medium rare and also lacked seasoning. It was on the drier side, especially since it was not served with Au Jus. The baked potato was a highlight and generous enough to share. Despite the minor issues with the beef, we had a pleasant overall experience and will likely give it another try in the future.

We had our first dining experience here last night and it was wonderful. We dressed casual, which was nice for us, to not have to dress up. The service was phenomenal and our waiter, Thom, was so friendly, attentive, and just plain awesome . He was absolutely stellar and very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Best lobster mac and cheese I've had, asparagus was cooked well, and the steaks and salmon were perfect. This is our new favorite steak house in Vegas and we will be back!
