Diablo's Cantina

The meal I had was absolutely fantastic, with generous servings and friendly staff. It's a great place for dinner, whether or not you're a hotel guest. The value and quality here surpass the offerings at the adjacent food court.

Fantastic restaurant! I ordered the shrimp ceviche for around $19.00, and it was excellent. The dish offered a delightful balance of lime-induced sourness, fruity sweetness, and a subtle kick of chili spice. The shrimp was fresh and chunky, making it a standout. The venue boasts a pleasant atmosphere with a wonderful view overlooking the lobby. Although it took some time for the staff to take the order, the manager stepped in and assisted personally. They brought great energy to the experience.

Visited Diablo's Cantina a couple of years ago while staying at the Luxor and absolutely loved it. We dined there several times during that trip and have been craving it ever since. Returned to Vegas in June 2024 and made it a point to eat there again. This time, though, the food wasn't as good as we remembered. We decided to give it another shot during the same trip and tried different dishes, but it was just okay. We ordered the enchilada platter, posole, taquitos, burrito, chips, and salsa – everything was fine, but nothing spectacular like before. Service was good. Still worth a try!

Stopped by Diablo's Cantina for a quick snack and decided on nachos. While they were decent, I've had better elsewhere. That said, the portion size was impressive! The atmosphere was appealing and had a welcoming vibe. Our waitress was friendly and made sure to let us know before the kitchen closed in case we wanted to order anything else.

I decided to give it another try and ordered a different dish, but it was just okay.
