Diablo's Cantina is a fantastic spot! I tried the shrimp ceviche for around $19.00, and it was a delightful mix of tangy lime, sweet fruit, and a touch of chili spice. The shrimp was fresh and chunky, making the dish even more satisfying. The restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance with a lovely view of the lobby. Although there was a slight wait for someone to take my order, the manager personally stepped in to assist, bringing great energy to the experience.

Visited Diablo's Cantina a couple of years ago while staying at the Luxor and absolutely loved it. We dined there several times during that trip and have been craving it ever since. Returned to Vegas in June 2024 and made it a point to eat there again. This time, though, the food wasn't as good as we remembered. We decided to give it another shot during the same trip and tried different dishes, but it was just okay. We ordered the enchilada platter, posole, taquitos, burrito, chips, and salsa – everything was fine, but nothing spectacular like before. Service was good. Still worth a try!

Stopped by Diablo's Cantina for a quick snack and decided on nachos. While they were decent, I've had better elsewhere. That said, the portion size was impressive! The atmosphere was appealing and had a welcoming vibe. Our waitress was friendly and made sure to let us know before the kitchen closed in case we wanted to order anything else.

I visited Diablos Cantina a couple of years ago while staying at the Luxor and absolutely loved it. I found myself craving their delicious food when I returned home. However, during my recent visit to Vegas in June 2024, I was slightly disappointed. I'm not sure if they have a new chef or what, but the food didn't quite live up to my previous experience. I decided to give it another try and ordered a different dish, but it was just okay. We tried the enchilada platter, posole, taquitos, burrito, chips, and salsa, and while everything was fine, it wasn't as spectacular as before. The service was good though. Overall, Diablos Cantina is worth a try!

I ordered nachos as a snack at Diablo's Cantina in Las Vegas. While they were just okay and I've had better elsewhere, the portion size was generous. The decor was attractive and welcoming, and the waitress was friendly. She informed us before the kitchen closed that we could order more if we wanted to.

Diablo's Cantina is conveniently located inside the Luxor hotel, immersing diners in the hotel's themed atmosphere. During a recent lunch visit, we enjoyed a shared shredded chicken burrito and the vixen salad without added protein. The burrito was generously filled with shredded chicken and delicious beans topped with crumbled cheese, though the rice was a bit underwhelming. For a quick and affordable meal on the Vegas Strip, Diablo's Cantina is a solid choice.
