What I Disliked
The food at Carlos' n Charlie's is overpriced and subpar. The pancakes might look appetizing, but they are difficult to slice with a knife. There is no kids menu available, and the portion sizes are small - even the slice of bread that comes with a platter is tiny. The scrambled eggs and beans look unappetizing. The restaurant is not wheelchair-friendly, as there is not enough space for wheelchair users to easily navigate. The seating is cramped, with tables placed close together. The bar stools are unique, shaped like dancers' legs. The outdoor seating area is also cramped and not wheelchair accessible, but it is conveniently located near the beautiful Botanical Garden within the Flamingo Hotel.

Our visit to Carlos' n Charlie's was okay. The queso and salsa were fantastic, and the service was solid. However, we were let down by the fajitas as they had more veggies than meat and chicken. The sides that came with the dish weren't very enticing either. While we didn't have any major issues, we wouldn't suggest this restaurant solely for its fajitas.

The food sucks and its pricey . Pan cakes look good but we used our hands to slice it . Knife won’t do it . No Kids menu at all . The only a slice of bread given with the platter is so small . Scrambled eggs looks pale and so with the beans. There is no enough space for the customers with wheelchair so , I constantly stand up to give them the way to pass . The seats are so close to each other with the other tables. I like their bar stools ,( a dancers legs ) They have outdoor area where the seats are also close to each other , Not easy access with wheel chair , which is nice only a feet away from the beautiful Botanical garden where you can walk around within the Flamingo Hotel .

Overall, it was a great experience sitting outside here. We had chips and salsa, and we also had chips and guacamole, which was made fresh in front of us. This is pretty uncommon, especially in Las Vegas! The two-for-one mango margaritas were absolutely delicious, and a great value. The chicken and cheese enchiladas were decent, but we’ve definitely had better. Overall the service was fast and friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was loud and popping off, and our space outside was often misted to keep it cooler.

Our experience at this restaurant was decent. The queso and salsa was absolutely delicious, and the service was quite good. However, we were disappointed with the fajitas, as they seemed to contain more vegetables than meat and chicken, and the sides accompanying the dish were not particularly appealing. Overall, we had no major complaints, but we would not recommend this restaurant specifically for its fajitas.
