Carlos' n Charlie's

After tying the knot at the Garden Chapel Flamingo, we celebrated our reception at Carlos n Charlie's in Las Vegas, and it was an incredible experience. The service was exceptional, right from booking the reservation to the conclusion of the event. They catered to all our requests and even played our special song before the night ended. The event manager ensured everything ran smoothly, which I truly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to include a partition or screen for private events on the patio, as it felt a bit odd having other patrons observing our celebration. Besides that, I highly recommend this venue!

Big shout out to Greta and Aldooooooo! The energy here is just incredible! Our last day in Vegas could not have been better thanks to this amazing experience. The food? Absolutely delicious with generous portions. And let's not forget the drinks—2 for 1 between 2pm and 6pm. Overall, just off the charts!

No sweet tea available, but the raspberry tea is excellent. Chips and salsa are not complimentary, although the salsa is definitely worth it. The shrimp burrito was packed with a generous 10 shrimp and was quite flavorful. The enchiladas were satisfying as well. Service was commendable, with Kyle doing an outstanding job. The place has a lively atmosphere, plenty of TVs, and a fantastic outdoor dining area.

We started our meal at Carlos' n Charlie's with the chips and salsa. The salsa was the standout dish of the evening, while the chips left a lot to be desired - they were served cold in a brown paper bag, which was unappealing. Our main course was the chicken enchiladas, which unfortunately tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for a few days before being reheated in the microwave. The red sauce didn't help improve the flavor either. The decorations in the restaurant were confusing, with bicycles tied to the ceiling for no apparent reason. Although our waiter was friendly, the service was slow as it seemed like he was the only one working the upper deck with a large number of tables. Overall, I cannot recommend Carlos' n Charlie's for dining based on our experience.

During our visit to Carlos' n Charlie's in Las Vegas, we opted to dine on the patio despite the heat. Unfortunately, the fans were not positioned in a way that provided much relief from the high temperatures, and the misters were not in use. Our server was friendly, but did not check on us frequently. We tried a variety of dishes from the appetizer plate, with the wings and ribs standing out as flavorful highlights compared to the Mexican dishes.

From the moment we arrived at Carlos’ n Charlie’s in Las Vegas, the outdoor bar staff treated us like part of the family throughout our week-long stay. We found ourselves coming back day after day, striking a perfect balance between business and pleasure. Dave and Brendan were always there to greet us with a smile and a clever quip, creating a welcoming atmosphere, especially when we wanted to watch the Euros. Much appreciated! Not only did we enjoy the lively atmosphere, but we also indulged in their delicious food and drinks. The nachos were a hit, and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The perfect way to kick off the day? A tasty avocado toast paired with a refreshing beverage! A big thanks to Dave and Brendan, with a shoutout to their stellar hospitality. You guys took great care of us, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
