For an effortless entrance to this beautiful restaurant, it's best to park near the bowling alley. The drinks here are both flavorful and potent, and won't break the bank. A meal for two, including drinks, comes to about $100 before tip. The lasagna is quite flavorful and generously portioned, with a taste that improves if marinated overnight. Although the bread is somewhat dull and served with plain butter, the salad is generously sized, though its dressing is quite mild. The staff is efficient and adept at accommodating large parties.

The food at Pasta Cucina was fairly typical for Italian cuisine. The glasses seemed like they were only partially polished, with attention only to the tops. The calamari had excellent breading, but unfortunately, the calamari itself was excessively rubbery. The pasta in the piccata dish was severely overcooked, as evident from how mushy it appeared. It's surprising that it was served in that condition. Given that it was a weeknight and not particularly busy, at least this restaurant can now be crossed off the list.

12/27/24 update. Returned for another visit and enjoyed the seafood fra diavolo and lasagna. I truly can't recommend this establishment enough. The staff is fantastic, and you have the opportunity to watch the skilled chefs at work! I dined here a while back and thought it was good. Last night, however, was exceptional. Their homemade pastas are a delight! The only minor issue was the pistachio gelato, which had a sorbet-like texture instead of being creamy. It was still tasty, so it's not even worth mentioning. And the mozzarella—absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the price, which is quite reasonable.

I visited Pasta Cucina at Sunset Station in Las Vegas for dinner in the early evening and had a generally pleasant experience. However, the service was quite slow, taking about an hour from being seated to receiving our meals. While the food was presented nicely, it unfortunately wasn't served hot. Additionally, the bruschetta portion seemed quite small for the price.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant. We make it a point to visit every time we're in town, and it seems to get better with each visit. The fresh bread and butter at the beginning is always a treat. We shared a Caesar salad, followed by chicken fettuccine Alfredo for one of us, while the other enjoyed a calamari appetizer. With all the bread, salad, and calamari, it was easy to forget how filling it can be, but the balsamic chicken pizza was still delicious. The rest of the pizza was quickly finished off, and the pasta even made for a great breakfast the next day. Highly recommended!

I absolutely adore this restaurant. It has become a must-visit every time we are in Las Vegas and we enjoy it more and more with each visit. The fresh bread and butter that is served to start is always a delightful way to begin the meal. On our last visit, we shared a Caesar salad, and my dining companion enjoyed the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which is their favorite dish. As for me, I couldn't resist the calamari appetizer, which is always a hit. Despite feeling quite full from the bread, salad, and calamari, I couldn't resist ordering the balsamic chicken pizza - and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. My family polished off the pizza, and my dining companion even enjoyed leftovers for breakfast the next day. I would highly recommend Pasta Cucina at Sunset Station for a delightful dining experience.
