The kitchen staff at Pasta Cucina really had their hands full during our visit, but despite being busy, our food was delivered with great timing, giving us an opportunity to enjoy conversation between dishes. The food was delicious, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was excellent. A big thank you to Debra for taking care of us!
We recently visited the Atomic Saloon Show in Las Vegas and had an amazing time! As fans of Spiegelworld's Absinthe, we were excited to see what they had in store with this production and we were not let down. The show was full of energy, humor, and entertainment, with a talented cast that had us laughing throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the drinks were top-notch. The venue itself was charming and added to the overall experience. We had a fantastic time celebrating a special occasion at the Atomic Saloon Show and would highly recommend it to others looking for a fun night out in Vegas.
During our stay in Las Vegas, we had breakfast at Veranda Bar for three mornings in a row. The service was excellent, however, we found the food to be lacking. The portion sizes were small, flavors were not very pronounced, and the prices seemed excessive. Some dishes needed hot sauce to enhance the taste, and we were grateful we didn't pay full price for our meals. The croissant French toast, priced at almost $30, was disappointing as it was essentially just a croissant. Perhaps the dinner and lunch options are better, but for breakfast, it may be best to look elsewhere, especially if paying full price.
During a recent week-long trip to Las Vegas, we discovered Trago Lounge and it quickly became the highlight of our vacation. We found ourselves returning to the lounge every night, where the mixologist Ro was consistently crafting exceptional drinks for us. Without a doubt, Trago Lounge served up the best drinks we had while in Vegas.
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area in Las Vegas offers a stunning and peaceful landscape with breathtaking mountain views. A day pass (approximately $25 in 2024) provides entry to the visitor center, scenic loop drive, and all hiking trails. It's important to only stop at designated areas along the loop, but there are plenty of photo opportunities and well-marked trails at these stops. Additionally, restrooms are available at the more prominent scenic viewpoints.
From the front of the house to the back, Eureka in Las Vegas is running like a well-oiled machine! During our lunch visit, we started with the spinach dip as an appetizer, followed by the bone marrow burger with truffle fries, a double smash burger, and a chocolate dessert. Each dish was clearly made from scratch, and the quality definitely showed. The spinach dip was a standout, with fresh spinach and artichoke chunks. The bone marrow burger was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor, making it one of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant. The smash burgers were also delicious and full of taste. The chocolate dessert was rich and decadent, just the right amount to satisfy without overwhelming. The bartender at Eureka clearly knows their craft, serving up flavorful and perfectly garnished drinks. Overall, I couldn't find a single thing wrong with our experience at Eureka if I tried.
