We sampled the Chorizo Tacos, Churro French Toast, Breakfast Enchiladas, and Bionic Bowl, and every dish was absolutely delicious with generous portions. Our waitress, Shelby, was outstanding! 👏

The huevos rancheros at Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas were the best I've ever had. The fried corn tortilla and egg over carnitas were incredibly delicious. My companion ordered the giant avocado toast and enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be returning to try more of their menu.

This was my second time visiting Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar and I was just as impressed as the first time. I ordered the churro French toast and the chicken tingo skillet, both of which were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, listening to the music while waiting for our food. The misters and shade made the dining experience more comfortable, especially in the Vegas heat. Our waiter provided great service and our food arrived hot and fresh. The flavors blended well together and everything tasted great. While prices on the strip can be high, the quality of the food here is worth it. The atmosphere is perfect for getting into the Vegas mood. On weekend nights, they have Latin night around midnight where downstairs features Latin music and upstairs plays hip hop, creating a fun club-like atmosphere. There is no cover charge, making this a great option for anyone looking to have a good time. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas.

Visited Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar for breakfast and enjoyed the good food and service. The interior had poor acoustics with lots of echo sounds, making it difficult to have a conversation. The water served was lukewarm with no ice, but the tasty food made up for it. The staff was friendly and our server was nice.

Decided to check out Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The waiter was friendly and our food arrived in a timely manner. The only downside was that we were seated near an open door, which made it a bit cool. When we asked to be moved, we were only taken a couple tables over, which didn't make much of a difference. There seemed to be plenty of available seating further inside the restaurant. However, the food was delicious!
