PUB 365 is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! The atmosphere is excellent with plenty of TVs to watch sports events. The service, particularly Erica, was superb. The food was delicious, especially the shoshito peppers and sweet & spicy cauliflower bites. And don't forget about the great deals during happy hour. We will definitely be returning!
The Louisiana crab cakes, Seafood chowder, and Big Al's Pan Roast at Big AL's Oyster Bar were all delicious. The flavors were well blended and seasoned perfectly, and everything was served hot. While the service started off mediocre, it did improve and became a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend trying the Big Al's Pan Roast, with shrimp and crab simmered in brandy, white wine, bell peppers, and spices, finished with a rich lobster and tomato cream sauce. It was so good that we had to take some back to our Airbnb because there was so much food. The atmosphere at the restaurant was lively, as it is located in a casino. After your meal, you can enjoy a movie or continue your evening in the casino. Overall, the food was great and I had a positive experience at Big AL's Oyster Bar.
Visited Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar for breakfast and enjoyed the good food and service. The interior had poor acoustics with lots of echo sounds, making it difficult to have a conversation. The water served was lukewarm with no ice, but the tasty food made up for it. The staff was friendly and our server was nice.
A group of friends and I visited Las Vegas for a weekend getaway and decided to catch a show recommended by one of our group. We ended up seeing Mac King on the day of my birthday, which was also coincidentally his birthday. The audience participation was a lot of fun, with 4 out of 6 of us getting selected to participate in his tricks. We couldn't stop laughing at his comedy and were truly amazed by his magic tricks up close. Even after seeing 4 illusions, we still can't figure out how he did them! I've been raving about this show to all my friends planning a trip to Vegas and those who have been before. We definitely plan on returning the next time we're in town. Thank you for an incredible show!
AYU Dayclub in Las Vegas is definitely one of the best pool day parties I've been to. I've visited multiple times and it never feels too crowded, even with big-name DJs performing. The stage is fantastic, and the artist lineups are always on point. I love that the pool is right in front of the stage, with an additional dancing area out of the water. Overall, it's a great venue and I hope they continue to keep up the good work.
Cowabunga Bay Water Park in Las Vegas is a blast! It was packed with people enjoying all the attractions. The water was clean and there were plenty of staff members available to assist guests. Despite the long lines, the service and food were excellent. The gift shop was a fun way to end the day. This water park is suitable for everyone, and parking was convenient.
Spotting a mermaid in the Las Vegas desert is a truly magical experience, and Mermaid Lounge allows you to do just that. Lounge on the tail-shaped chairs, sipping on a cocktail and enjoying a seafood basket while watching the fish and their mermaid friend swim around. The bar itself is stunning, with ambiance colors that transition between blue and purple, including color-changing tables and bar. Even if you don't snag a seat in front of the tank, you can still marvel at the live jellyfish gracefully floating behind the bar. A shared seafood platter and drinks are a must-try at Mermaid Lounge, as both are very good. While we personally didn't have any issues with underage patrons, it's worth noting that the majority of the aquarium tank is located outside of the bar, making it a great spot to take the kids. Don't miss out on this unique and enchanting experience!
I had high hopes for Holsteins Shakes and Buns as a local, but unfortunately, I was let down. Our server was quick to take our order, but it took over 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The pricing for a Tito's double was $32 each, which is higher than other bars I've been to at the Cosmos. The drinks weren't even that strong. The food was decent, but it took over 20 minutes to come out, despite the restaurant not being busy. The shakes were cute, but you don't get much for your money. Overall, spending $302 for 5 of us on burgers felt excessive. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer better value. The Chandelier, for example, has better drink service at a lower cost. It was confusing to see 6 drinks on our receipt when we only ordered 3, but the server explained that he had to ring them in as doubles. I left feeling like I had been overcharged.
The Boulder Station in Las Vegas is a fantastic modern casino with a charming old-style railroad station theme. There are plenty of food options to choose from, and the newly renovated sports bar is a great spot to catch a game with its many screens and delicious menu offerings. The casino also offers a variety of restaurant choices and a mix of classic and new slot machines to try your luck on. The hotel's location provides easy access to the highway, and the rooms are quiet and secure with 24/7 live elevator security.
Located just behind the strip, Ellis Island is a great hotel to stay at if you plan to see a show in Las Vegas. A 20-minute walk will take you to the Cosmopolitan, while a 15-minute stroll around the block will get you to The Sphere. The hotel offers free parking, making it convenient to leave your car and walk to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with wood blinds on the windows instead of ugly curtains. Each room also comes equipped with a small refrigerator and a coffee maker, amenities that are not always included in Strip hotels. With a weekday rate under $100 per night, including resort fees, Ellis Island is definitely an incredible bargain.
