I approached Borracha with some hesitation, given my discerning taste. Typically, for Mexican cuisine, Javier's at Aria has been the go-to spot, as many other places tend to use mass-produced, low-quality ingredients. However, Borracha proved to be a delightful surprise. It’s conveniently located close to home, too. The service was impeccable, with the host, waiter, and busboys all ensuring our needs were promptly met—from refilling beverages and cocktails to providing more chips and salsa and clearing empty plates. The pozole soup was excellent, the empanadas were light and flavorful, and the breakfast scrambler was delicious. My dining companion also enjoyed the carnitas entree. Even the flan was impressive. Our experience was so enjoyable that we returned the following week.

A group of us decided to check out the “unlimited tacos and margaritas” special on a Tuesday at Borracha. For just $29, you get unlimited chicken and beef tacos, lime margaritas, and tequila shots, plus tax and tip. What a deal! It’s crucial to make a reservation at least a month in advance due to the high demand driven by social media buzz. Last-minute tables on a Tuesday are almost impossible to snag. The meal kicked off with chips and salsa. The unlimited tacos are limited to basic beef and chicken; if you want other meats or marinated options, there’s an additional cost. Our initial batch of tacos came with double tortillas, but they kindly switched to single tortillas at our request. The margarita option is strictly lime, with no other flavors included. Despite these specifics, it’s a fantastic deal, especially for a night out with friends or a date night. The service was outstanding, with very attentive staff. I'll definitely be coming back; it was a wonderful experience.

Recently visited Borracha with some friends to celebrate before Cinco de Mayo. The food and drinks were delicious and served in a lively atmosphere. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, although we didn't catch her name. The waiters and staff were attentive and professional, which made for a very pleasant evening. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Borracha is located inside a casino, which may not be immediately obvious when searching for it. The food was enjoyable, with complimentary corn chips and salsa to start. The portions were very generous, and our server offered beans and rice with one dish without mentioning the extra $10 charge, resulting in an excess of food. The margarita was also quite tasty.

I was a bit skeptical about trying out this restaurant, considering I usually prefer high-quality Mexican food like the one served at Javiers in Aria. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at Borracha. The service was excellent, with attentive staff making sure our needs were met. The pozole soup and empanadas were delicious, and both the breakfast scrambler and carnitas entrees were tasty. The flan for dessert was also very good. I enjoyed my experience so much that I ended up coming back the following week.

Had a great visit to Borracha Mexican Cantina in Las Vegas! The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with booth and table seating, as well as a center bar to enjoy food and drinks at. The food was good, with tasty carnitas tacos and decent rice. The beans lacked flavor and had a strange texture, but the chicken taquitos were enjoyable, although more like rolled tacos than traditional taquitos. Overall, a cool spot for lunch or to watch games. Enjoy!
