What an incredible experience! There was a bit of a mix-up with the shuttle pick up, but once we arrived at the airport, everything ran smoothly. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch, and the pilot was very knowledgeable about the area, providing interesting facts throughout the tour. While it would have been nice to get closer to the Hoover Dam, the views of the Grand Canyon from the air were absolutely breathtaking. The stopover at the off shop added an interesting touch to the experience. Overall, this tour was a great way to experience Las Vegas. There were plenty of photo opportunities, although the tour was pricey. However, if you've never been to Vegas before, this is definitely a must-do activity.
The food at Borracha was tasty and packed with flavor. The garlic shrimp and Taco Plate were both a good size and reasonably priced. The tacos were overflowing with meat and topped with sautéed vegetables, and the rice and beans on the side complemented them well. The only downside was that the tortillas could have been cooked a bit longer for more flavor. The waiter was friendly and recommended popular menu items, which was helpful. The standalone bar in the center of the restaurant is a great focal point to draw in passersby. The hostesses at the front were professional and greeted me upon entering and leaving, which is a small gesture that goes a long way with customers. Overall, I plan to return to Borracha and recommend giving it a try.
The food at The Henry was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh and high quality. The Banana Bread was amazing and I've never had anything like it before. The Avocado toast had perfect texture and fresh ingredients. My partner loved the Short Rib Benedict and said the Beignet was one of the best they've ever had. The lemon curd was also delicious. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Vegas.
My family and I went to Letecia's after a Vegas wrestling tournament. We chose this restaurant because it was conveniently located in our hotel and we are big fans of Mexican food. Even though we had to wait for a table with a server, the restaurant was nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed warm chips and salsa as a pre-meal snack, which is always a favorite of mine. I ordered the chicken taco salad, which was delicious and satisfying. However, my husband ordered the Diablo shrimp which had a sour taste to it, disappointing our expectations. Overall, our experience was positive and I would definitely consider visiting again to try different dishes. I would rate this restaurant a 4 out of 5.
Head to Parlor Cocktail Lounge for live music and delicious drinks. The musicians are always talented and sometimes even accompanied by a small band, piano, or saxophone. While the drinks may be a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it. Whether you're looking to have a lively night with friends or a more intimate evening as a couple, the lounge welcomes all. The musicians are friendly and will interact with guests, adding to the inviting atmosphere. If you're looking for table service, be sure to ask the bartender upon arrival. Starting at the bar is a good idea to ensure the server knows you're drinking at the lounge. And don't forget to try one of their tasty old fashioneds, a customer favorite.
I had high hopes for Smashburger at Rio in Las Vegas. The restaurant was clean and the staff were professional and friendly. The food was fresh and tasted decent, but it didn't quite make it to my top burger places list. The Oreo shake was okay, but I prefer a thicker consistency. Overall, I don't think I'll go out of my way to eat at another Smashburger again, but I'm glad I gave it a try.
