Had an amazing experience with 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours in Las Vegas. Our pilot Chelsea was fantastic and made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour! Thank you again.

I recently took a Las Vegas strip tour with 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours and found the experience to be well-organized and efficient. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided by both the ground staff and the pilot. The check-in staff and safety briefing attendant did not seem very welcoming and their demeanor felt cold and robotic. The pilot also appeared moody and uninterested from the moment we boarded until we landed. When I asked a question through the intercom, I was ignored, which I found disrespectful and rude. While the tour itself was well-conducted, the lack of friendly and respectful attitudes from the staff left me feeling unsatisfied. Even though a good product is important, the soft aspect of customer service is equally crucial. I believe that for the price paid for these once-in-a-lifetime experiences, a more friendly and respectful approach from the staff is warranted. Overall, I rated my experience with two stars.

This helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon was a dream come true for us. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel by a shuttle bus that took us to the Boulder City Airport, which was about a 35-minute drive each way. The ride was smooth and the driver was punctual. The helicopter pilot was very informative, pointing out various sites and sharing interesting facts about the Canyon. Despite initial nerves, my partner and I had a blast once we were up in the air. It's important to note that there are weight restrictions, so make sure to check with the company beforehand. We decided to do this tour right at the beginning of our trip to Las Vegas, before indulging in the buffets, and we're so glad we did. The experience was absolutely worth every penny spent.

What an incredible experience! There was a bit of a mix-up with the shuttle pick up, but once we arrived at the airport, everything ran smoothly. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch, and the pilot was very knowledgeable about the area, providing interesting facts throughout the tour. While it would have been nice to get closer to the Hoover Dam, the views of the Grand Canyon from the air were absolutely breathtaking. The stopover at the off shop added an interesting touch to the experience. Overall, this tour was a great way to experience Las Vegas. There were plenty of photo opportunities, although the tour was pricey. However, if you've never been to Vegas before, this is definitely a must-do activity.

This helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon with 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours was a bucket list experience for us. The shuttle bus picked us up from our hotel/casino and took us to Boulder City Airport, about a 35-minute drive each way. The drive was pleasant, and the driver was punctual. The helicopter pilot was informative and pointed out various sites during the tour. Despite initial nerves, my companion and I had a great time once we were in the air. It's important to note that there are weight restrictions for the helicopter, so be sure to contact them and keep that in mind. They weigh you discreetly before the flight. We chose to do this tour early in our trip to Las Vegas before indulging in the buffets, and we were not disappointed. Overall, this experience was well worth the time and money.

Prepare to spend $350-$400 for an hour-long ride, but it is absolutely worth it. We flew over the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon West Rim, and Lake Mead, and the views were simply breathtaking. Seeing these natural wonders from a bird's eye view was incredible. Although you may start to feel a little queasy, especially if the sun is out in full force, the experience is still worth it. The pilot was very knowledgeable and provided interesting information about the Grand Canyon's formations, the importance of the Colorado River, and other fascinating facts.
