Smashburger at Rio

Arriving with quite an appetite, I was overwhelmed by the variety of choices. Tink was wonderfully patient as we made our decision and provided excellent service. Their cheerful demeanor and positive energy were fantastic! It's always a pleasure to visit the upstairs area and receive such top-notch customer care. Kudos to Tink for enhancing the experience with genuine human connection.

Absolutely love this place! The food is delicious, fresh, and hot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Manager Fernando stands out with his great recommendations and welcoming attitude.

Shoutout to Amanda for being our host as first-timers! We decided to try something new for Father's Day, and Smashburger at Rio did not disappoint. The burger was incredibly delicious, and the wings were perfectly crispy. The old-school soda machine was a delightful touch and quickly became a favorite. Amanda not only brought the food to our table but also made sure to check on us, which we really appreciated. Definitely worth a visit!

The Double Avocado 🥑 with Bacon and Egg Burger was absolutely fantastic. The Grilled Chicken was also a hit and thoroughly enjoyed. Although the wait was a bit lengthy, the hot, delicious meal made it worthwhile. It would be great to have a Smashburger in northern Wisconsin. Definitely would dine here again. Kudos to the team at Rio Smash for their professionalism.
