We decided to have dinner at Pho Da Nang Vietnamese Kitchen before catching the Penn and Teller show. Despite a bit of rain that day, we were still able to enjoy the quick wok station menu items instead of Pho. We ordered the orange chicken with white rice and beef and broccoli with brown rice, which we shared with two other people. The portions were generous and satisfying, but those with a big appetite might want to consider ordering additional side dishes like egg rolls or soup. The food was good and filling, nothing too fancy but definitely hit the spot for us.

Pho Da Nang Vietnamese Kitchen offers delicious food and quick service. The fresh ingredients ensure a tasty meal, even if you're in a hurry. The restaurant shares space with a sports deli, so it can get busy at times. One standout dish is the cold noodle salad, made with vermicelli, pickled carrot, and daikon. The dressing is flavorful but not spicy, which is a nice touch. I was tempted to order more of the pickled vegetables, but the salad was satisfying on its own. I will definitely return on my next visit to the Rio.

My group and I chose Pho Da Nang Vietnamese Kitchen for dinner before attending the Penn and Teller show in Las Vegas. We enjoyed their quick wok station menu items as the weather wasn't quite cold enough for pho. We ordered the orange chicken with white rice and beef and broccoli with brown rice to share among the four of us. The portions were generous and satisfying, though those with big appetites might consider ordering additional side dishes like egg rolls or soup. The food was good, nothing too extravagant, but it definitely kept us full.

Decided on dinner here because we were scheduled to watch the Penn and Teller show, It did rain a bit the day we arrived but not cold enough to have Pho so it was nice to see they offered quick wok station menu items. Got the orange chicken with white rice, beef and broccoli with brown rice. Shared the two meals with two other people and the food was more than enough. If you have a big appetite it’s definitely not enough to share, I would suggest ordering side dishes such as egg roll or soup. Overall the food was good, nothing to fancy but kept us full.

Very good food and service. Doesn't take too long if you're in a rush and the ingredients are fresh. Atmosphere wise this partially shares a food court with the sports deli, so depending on time of day it can get crowded or loud. The cold noodle salad is a vermicelli salad and very good, I especially liked the pickled carrot and daikon. I considered asking for an order just of that, but the salad was filling enough that I decided not to in the end. Note that my picture doesn't show it but the vermicelli does come with a sauce/ dressing. If you've had vermicelli before the dressing is similar to the usual sauce but no hint of spice (which I really appreciated). Definitely will be back next time I'm in the Rio.
