Overall, I give Palace Station Pool 5 stars. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. I had trouble getting a taxi, but the bellman offered to drive me in the hotel vehicle to where I needed to be, free of charge (I gave a tip, of course). The casino has non-smoking areas, which was a nice change from the usual cigarette smell. The Brass Fork restaurant had delicious food and quick service.
The food at 8 East was amazing! The pork belly in the bao was perfectly crispy thanks to being cut into cubes. The lamb lollipops were juicy and delicious. We also tried the Dan Dan noodles, which were flavorful and not too peanut-heavy. The chicken in the dish was great as well. The service was excellent and the staff had plenty of recommendations for us.
Vista Cocktail Lounge inside of Caesars is a lovely spot for grabbing a drink before dinner. The bar does fill up fast, but the Old Fashioned and whiskey sour were both delicious options to enjoy.
Scheduled a tee time for 2 pm on a Sunday and paid a $60 green fee. The conditions of the course were excellent and there were hardly any golfers around. Only had to wait 20 minutes on hole 18, but overall a great experience at Las Vegas Golf Club.
The hostess at Borracha in Las Vegas could use a reminder to greet customers with a smile and provide menus when seating them. While our server was friendly, the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. We ordered an appetizer that never arrived, and a different server delivered our dinner without noticing the missing appetizer. Overall, the experience fell short in comparison to what we would have received at a local taco shop.
Is David Copperfield amazing? Yes, indeed. However, it is evident that he has been performing his show regularly, as he appeared a bit rushed with some audience members and spoke quickly at times. Despite this, his magic was truly impressive and we both had a great time at the show. It is definitely worth seeing if you are visiting Las Vegas.
