Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar

I have been a patron of Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar for many years. The new Chef Grant, who has been at the restaurant for about 2 years, has taken this place to a whole new level. Their culinary skills have elevated the dining experience significantly.

My partner and I had a lovely experience at Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar on Valentines' Day. We started with a bottle of Rose and Caesar Salads which were delicious. The King Crab cake appetizer was a standout dish of the night. My partner enjoyed the Pan Roast while I savored the 1 lb. King Crab legs with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. The meal was incredible, cooked perfectly and the sides were excellent. We also indulged in the Creme brulee for dessert, which was fantastic. I would like to express my gratitude to the ownership and staff for making our evening special. The hostess, server, and Chef Hunter were all attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar has definitely become one of our favorite dining spots in Henderson. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place. It's a bit of a drive from the strip, but it's definitely worth it to avoid the long wait at the Oyster bar in Palace Station. The Pan Roast is absolutely delicious! Although I'm sure the rest of the menu is just as good, I always find myself ordering the Pan Roast because it's just so amazing. The service was fantastic as well. They even surprised my companion with a key lime pie for her birthday, which was also delicious. I can't wait to come back here again.

My experience at Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar this past Valentines' Day was truly wonderful. My dining companion and I enjoyed a bottle of Rose and Caesar Salads to start, which were very tasty. The ownership and staff at Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar went above and beyond to make our evening special. From the hostess and server to Chef Hunter, who came out to check on us multiple times, we felt truly appreciated as patrons. Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar has earned a spot as one of our favorite dining experiences in Las Vegas. I highly recommend dining here for a memorable meal.

I have been going to Tides for 16 years. I have always liked this place, but this new Chef Grant (who has been here for about 2 years) has ELEVATED this place 2 more Levels!

Great spot for seafood. Excellent oysters and Ceasar salad. The Clam Chowder was a bit too creamy for my taste but my partner liked it. Shrimp scampi was good. Service was great. Will definitely be on my repeat list.
