During a recent trip to Pizza Rock at Green Valley, I had an outstanding dining experience. We sampled both the classic Marinara and a unique California-style pizza topped with ricotta and hot honey. The Marinara, though simple, was bursting with flavor, while the California pizza offered a delightful blend of sweet honey and rich ricotta, creating an extraordinary taste. The pizzas were delicious, albeit slightly greasy, but it didn't affect our enjoyment. The serving sizes were generous, making them ideal for sharing or ensuring you'll have leftovers if you arrive hungry. The pricing was quite fair considering the quality and amount of food, which enhanced the experience. The service was also commendable; our server was both friendly and attentive, even as we dined close to closing time. I truly enjoyed the meal and highly suggest visiting Pizza Rock if you're nearby!

Visiting Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort was a first-time experience, and as a pizza enthusiast, exploring new spots is always exciting. The service was impressive, with the waitress being friendly, quick, and efficient. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan pepperoni, though there was a mix-up, and it arrived with vegan chorizo, which was initially mistaken for regular meat. Despite the confusion, we enjoyed the pizza, which I would rate a 7/10 on the first day, but found the leftovers even better the next day. The garlic bread and zucchini fries were both exceptional, earning a 10/10 for their great flavors. The only downside was the proximity of the seating area to the casino, leading to some cigarette smoke drifting in.

This was my first visit to Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort, and as a dedicated pizza enthusiast, I’m always on the lookout for new spots to try. The waitress was friendly, quick, and efficient. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan pepperoni, but it arrived with vegan chorizo instead, which initially caused some confusion. Ultimately, we enjoyed the pizza, though I forgot to snap a photo. The pizza rated a 7/10 on the first day and tasted even better as leftovers the next day. We also tried the garlic bread and zucchini fries, both of which were bursting with flavor and rated a solid 10/10. The only downside was that some tables are close to the casino, so there was a noticeable cigarette smoke odor.

The zucchini fries were a pleasant surprise—crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and salty on the inside. I tried the Hot Honey Pizza with added dollops of ricotta cheese on half, based on a recommendation. I expected some spiciness from the honey, but it didn’t deliver; perhaps they just warm the honey before drizzling. The menu simply lists it as “House Made Local Hot Honey.” Overall, the flavor was just okay—definitely improved and more balanced with the ricotta, but still just okay. The pizza itself was quite flimsy, lacking that desired "bite" and ending up with soggy dough. I wouldn’t order that again. However, I'd be interested in trying other items. The waitress provided excellent service, and the location and ambiance are appealing. It can get pretty loud since it’s in the casino, so be prepared to raise your voice if you’re with a group.

Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas offers a fantastic selection of dishes with top-notch service. While some menu items, like the salmon and fried green beans, were not as enjoyable, sticking to the pizza options is a safe bet for a delicious meal.
