This was my first visit to Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort, and as a dedicated pizza enthusiast, I’m always on the lookout for new spots to try. The waitress was friendly, quick, and efficient. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan pepperoni, but it arrived with vegan chorizo instead, which initially caused some confusion. Ultimately, we enjoyed the pizza, though I forgot to snap a photo. The pizza rated a 7/10 on the first day and tasted even better as leftovers the next day. We also tried the garlic bread and zucchini fries, both of which were bursting with flavor and rated a solid 10/10. The only downside was that some tables are close to the casino, so there was a noticeable cigarette smoke odor.

The zucchini fries were a pleasant surprise—crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and salty on the inside. I tried the Hot Honey Pizza with added dollops of ricotta cheese on half, based on a recommendation. I expected some spiciness from the honey, but it didn’t deliver; perhaps they just warm the honey before drizzling. The menu simply lists it as “House Made Local Hot Honey.” Overall, the flavor was just okay—definitely improved and more balanced with the ricotta, but still just okay. The pizza itself was quite flimsy, lacking that desired "bite" and ending up with soggy dough. I wouldn’t order that again. However, I'd be interested in trying other items. The waitress provided excellent service, and the location and ambiance are appealing. It can get pretty loud since it’s in the casino, so be prepared to raise your voice if you’re with a group.

Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas offers a fantastic selection of dishes with top-notch service. While some menu items, like the salmon and fried green beans, were not as enjoyable, sticking to the pizza options is a safe bet for a delicious meal.

I recently visited Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas to sample their famous pizzas. Despite the moderate wait time, we were promptly seated by a friendly and attentive waitress. We tried the calamari appetizer with a mix of regular and spicy flavors, as well as the Mango Mai Tai and Funky Tiki pizzas. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we plan on returning to taste more of their menu offerings.

Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch Resort has an extensive pizza menu featuring various styles such as super thin crust, Detroit, Sicilian, and New York. The Pizza Romana has a very thin crust and a unique long shape that serves more people, perfect for large parties. The Motörhead Detroit pizza was a standout, with a buttery and crisp crust cut into 8 hefty pieces. The Mac and cheese was delicious, especially with the addition of bacon. The New Yorker pizza was a hit, with a tasty combo of meats, garlic, anchovies, and ricotta cheese. The service was friendly and attentive, making for a great dining experience at this location in Green Valley Casino.

The food at Pizza Rock is delicious and creative. The menus are made from old record covers, which adds a fun element to the dining experience. The salads are fresh and the creamy balsamic dressing is tasty. The pizzas are filling and the crust is top-notch thanks to being stone fire cooked. The food is served hot and tastes fresh. While the prices may be a bit high for some, the atmosphere is cool with a big rig inside and good music playing. However, the music can be a bit loud for conversation and the temperature in the restaurant may be a bit cool. The service can be slow, especially for smaller parties, but overall, the food is enjoyable. Next time, I plan on trying their pasta dishes as they looked fantastic.
