As a lover of Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza, I was eager to try Giordano’s in Las Vegas. I opted for the all meat version, but found that the pizza was lacking in sauce and the crust was underbaked for my taste. Despite this, I did enjoy the cheesy pull. The wait for the pizza was quite long at 45 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. It would be nice if they offered individual slices for a quicker dining experience.

We dined in the outdoor covered seating area at Giordano's in Las Vegas. Despite the cold, windy weather, the area was comfortably warm. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. It's important to note that their deep dish pizzas take 45-60 minutes to prepare, so this is not the place for a quick meal. The pizzas are cooked in the main restaurant and then brought to your table, so they may not arrive piping hot. However, this shouldn't be a problem in warmer weather. The pizza itself was delicious and one of the best I've had on the strip.

Giordano's in Las Vegas was a great stop for a quick pizza while strolling around the strip. I didn't get to try the Deep Dish pizza, but the server was honest about the long wait time, which I appreciated. We started with the Mozzarella Triangles, which were cooked perfectly and not too cheesy. We needed to ask for extra marinara for dipping, so I recommend requesting that when you order. The food came out quickly, although some items seemed to come from a distance in the kitchen for the outdoor seating area. For the main course, we tried the Chicago Classic Thin Crust Pizza, half without pepperoni. It was decently delicious but a little under-sauced. Although it was a standard pizza, I wish we had waited for the Deep Dish instead. Overall, we had a great experience at Giordano's and will definitely be back to try the Deep Dish next time.

Giordano's in Las Vegas truly lives up to its reputation as serving world famous deep dish pizza! As a first-time deep dish pizza eater, I can confidently say that I won't be looking for it anywhere else after trying it here. The waitress provided excellent service, the restaurant had a great ambiance with a view of the Vegas Strip, and the food was incredibly tasty and made with fresh ingredients. My dining companion and I had a wonderful experience at Giordano's.

This place lives up to its title of world famous deep dish pizza! Now, I’ve never had deep dish pizza but I definitely won’t be having it anywhere else because I will only want it from this place now! It was so very good. The waitress was so nice to us, the aesthetic was pleasing and had a perfect view of the Vegas strip. The food was made fresh and so flavorful. My wife and I had a spectacular time here.

I had it in Chicago 10 years ago, but it tastes the same here in Las Vegas. (Tips) You must make a reservation. There are often no seats available if you don't make a reservation. Even if you enter, it takes an hour for the pizza to arrive. It's a good idea to wait while ordering calamari or something else. FYI, drinks are very expensive at $6 per person.
