The staff at Sully's Casino Bar in Las Vegas came off as quite passive aggressive, and the drinks were definitely overpriced. The drink I had was decent, but certainly not worth the high price tag. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I Will Come Here Again!!!! SLAMMING!!!! GOOD TIME!!!! The atmosphere at Sully's Casino Bar in Las Vegas is simply electric! I'm not affiliated with any platforms or reality shows—just genuinely love this place. Been in the city for 3 years and it's always a blast here!

My experience at Sully's Casino Bar was extremely disappointing. During my stay at the hotel for a bar expo, I found the customer service to be lacking. The first time I visited the bar, it took 7-10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the staff. When they finally did serve me, they seemed too preoccupied to provide proper service. On a subsequent visit, I simply asked for salt and a cup of hot water. Despite being a hotel patron, the bartender rolled her eyes multiple times and seemed annoyed by my request. This was the worst bar experience I have had in Vegas, and I believe the hotel management should address the attitude and customer service skills of their staff.

My recent visit to Sully's Casino Bar during the bar expo left much to be desired in terms of customer service. During my first visit, my party and I were ignored for several minutes before finally being helped. The bar staff seemed too preoccupied with pouring a single glass of wine to acknowledge our presence. Even when we brought the lack of service to their attention, we were met with an unhelpful attitude. On a subsequent visit, I simply requested some salt and a cup of hot water. Despite being a hotel patron staying at the Horseshoe, the bartender rolled her eyes multiple times in response to my simple request. This experience was definitely the worst bar service I have encountered in Vegas. The Horseshoe should take a closer look at the individuals working at Sully's Casino Bar and address the poor customer service being provided.
