What I Disliked
I recently visited Excalibur Lobby Bar in Las Vegas and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a vodka lemonade but was given a vodka Sprite instead. The bartender working at 7:45 pm on Monday, May 1st was not able to differentiate between the two drinks, which was frustrating. Despite bringing this to their attention, they argued with me about the mistake. It was disappointing to have such a mix-up and I hope that the staff can improve on their knowledge of cocktails in the future.

, I was disappointed by the quality of the Jack and Coke I ordered at Excalibur Lobby Bar. It was the weakest one I have ever had. The atmosphere was fine and the service was good, but the drink itself was a letdown. I hope they can improve the strength of their cocktails in the future.

The bartender at Excalibur Lobby Bar appeared to be a trainee, with their trainer showing signs of impatience. The prices were on the higher side, which seemed excessive for a casino bar rather than a nightclub. It served its purpose for a quick drink, but I don't see myself returning in the future.

The bartender at Excalibur Lobby Bar was fantastic. He was very friendly and recommended some delicious drinks. I was impressed that he met my high standards for a Bloody Mary, especially since I used to bartend myself. He also had a signature cocktail that was absolutely amazing. 🤗

I don't mind paying for my drinks, but when I ordered a vodka lemonade and received a vodka sprite instead, I was disappointed. The bartender working at 7:45pm on Monday, May 1st should learn the difference between the two drinks. Sprite has 10 times the sugar content, and it's important to get the order right. Despite this mix-up, I appreciate the effort from the bartender named Ace, but arguing with a customer is not ideal. It's important for staff to strive for accuracy and customer satisfaction in order to provide a positive experience.

I don’t care how much the drink was. I’m happy to pay for my drinks. But when I ask for a vodka lemon aid. And you give me a vodka sprite. Your my friend are a bad bartender. Need to learn what the difference is. Sprite is 10x the sugar. Who ever was working 745pm on Monday May 1st. Shout out to you ace. And then argue with me. Ha
