The food court here is definitely on the pricey side. It should offer more budget-friendly options for families. It seems like Las Vegas has become more focused on profit. I miss when it was all about having fun without extra charges for everything. 😪

Certainly! Here's a revised version of the review: --- Had one of the worst experiences on the strip at the Excalibur Food Court. After waiting over 30 minutes in line at Popeyes, we were told that an item clearly listed on the menu wasn't available at this location. The staff disappeared for about 5 minutes and frequently halted taking orders. This wasn't a one-off incident either; it happened when we visited in July as well. While some might say not returning could be a solution, that's hardly acceptable. Just because the room rates are low doesn't mean the service should be poor. It's not like we don't spend money in the casino. Excalibur, your customer service needs a serious upgrade. Very disappointed!

Visited Popeyes inside the Excalibur Food Court, and the customer service was incredibly disappointing. The staff took an unusually long time to prepare orders and were quite disrespectful. I accidentally lost my mask and when I explained this, attempting to cover my mouth with my shirt, the staff member became visibly upset and insisted I wait elsewhere. Despite asking if they could provide a mask, there was none available. For a place mandating masks, having spares on hand would seem reasonable. My intent wasn't to defy the rules; my mask was simply misplaced. The staff's disrespectful attitude was inexcusable. After stepping aside and letting a companion order for me, I overheard the staff talking rudely about me. Overall, it was an upsetting and deeply disappointing experience. If possible, I would rate this Popeyes location zero stars.

One of the worst experiences on the strip. Waiting over 30 minutes in line at Popeyes chicken, only to be told that something on the menu was unavailable. Staff wandered off for extended periods and stopped taking orders multiple times. This isn't the first time it happened, as a similar experience occurred in July. It's disappointing that bad service seems to be a recurring issue. Despite paying a minimal amount for the room, the lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the amount spent in the casino. Excalibur Food Court needs to improve their customer service. Very disappointed.

I visited the Excalibur Food Court in Las Vegas recently and tried out Krispy Kreme, Pizza Hut, and Big Chill. Overall, my experience at all three spots was good. The staff member who took our order at Krispy Kreme was especially friendly towards my son, showing that she genuinely enjoyed interacting with children. It was nice to see someone go the extra mile to make our visit memorable. In my experience, not all places treat kids as well as this staff member did at Krispy Kreme.

My experience at Popeyes inside Excalibur Food Court was disappointing. The customer service was awful, as the lady working took a long time to get people's food and was disrespectful. I forgot my mask and when asked to put one on, I explained that I couldn't find it. I tried to improvise with my shirt, but she was upset and told me to wait in the back instead of allowing me to quickly place my order. I asked if they had a spare mask to provide, but they didn't. I believe that if masks are required, they should have some available for forgetful guests like myself. The lack of understanding and disrespect from the staff member made me feel dehumanized. Even after allowing my husband to order for me, I overheard her speaking rudely about me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would rate Popeyes at Excalibur Food Court 0 stars if possible.
