During a convention at Mandalay Bay Hotel, the enticing aroma of barbecue wafting from BBQ Mexicana finally drew us in. Curious about the fusion of barbecue and Mexican flavors, we decided to give it a try. Both my partner and I opted for the smoked brisket burrito, while another family member chose the brisket lover bowl. Our taste buds were in for a treat! The brisket was exceptionally smoked and tender, complemented by sweet notes from the coleslaw and a satisfying crunch from the crispy potatoes, all tied together with a tangy barbecue sauce. It was a delightful culinary experience. We even inquired if they planned to expand to LA since we'd love to become frequent visitors, but unfortunately, they don't have such plans. If you find yourself at Mandalay Bay, make sure to visit BBQ Mexicana. It's a must-try!

The hostess this morning was incredibly pleasant and extremely friendly! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. We shared the yogurt and an oat coffee, which were both delightful! It's a bit of a trek to get here, but definitely worth the journey! I noticed they have an amazing-looking vegan soyrizo and egg white burrito 🌯! Planning to try that tomorrow!

I initially skipped over BBQ Mexicana during my weekend visit, as BBQ isn’t usually my preference. However, after someone recommended it, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Smoked Tofu, and it turned out to be one of the most delicious dishes I've ever tasted, even though I'm typically not fond of tofu or BBQ. I definitely wish I lived closer, as I'd be a regular visitor!

BBQ Mexicana in Las Vegas just opened next to the Denny's on Sunset, and it’s an incredible spot! The service is consistently outstanding, and the brisket—cooked for 14 hours—is absolutely delicious. It's definitely the standout item on their menu. Don't miss the chipotle mac and cheese either; it's equally fantastic!

I initially overlooked BBQ Mexicana in Las Vegas multiple times, thinking it wasn't my style, especially since BBQ isn’t usually my go-to cuisine. But after a recommendation, I decided to give it a try. The Smoked Tofu dish turned out to be incredibly delicious—possibly the best thing I’ve ever tasted, even though tofu and BBQ aren't typically my favorites. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be a regular spot for me!

Just discovered this new spot next to Denny's on sunset and I'm impressed! The service is consistently fantastic and the brisket is to die for. I'm pretty sure they cook it for 14 hours because it's incredibly tasty - definitely my go-to choice on the menu. And don't even get me started on the chipotle mac and cheese...absolutely delicious!
