What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

Breakfast was nothing special and felt overpriced for the quality. The meal consisted of eggs and bacon that were undercooked. The potatoes were obviously deep-fried and too hard. On the positive side, the toast and coffee were enjoyable. Service was passable; although it wasn't busy during the visit, there was a noticeable wait before the order was taken. The food, however, arrived promptly. The server was friendly but perhaps too casual, openly expressing complaints about the job. Would there be a return visit? Unlikely.

What I Disliked

The service staff at Seabreeze Cafe were exceptionally kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is quite popular, often requiring a wait to get in, likely due to its convenient hours and easy accessibility from inside the Mandalay Bay Resort. I've included a photo of the menu to give an idea of the prices, which are a bit high considering the quality of the food. Having visited twice, I found the food to be quite basic and mediocre at best. Nonetheless, if other options are unavailable, it’s a satisfactory choice to avoid going hungry.

Seabreeze Cafe in Las Vegas was an unexpected delight! Tucked away just off the Casino lobby in Mandalay Bay, it may be a bit tricky to locate, but it's surprisingly spacious. The menu boasts a variety of inventive dishes, and the service was impeccable. While they do take reservations, the vast seating area likely ensures that walk-ins are easily accommodated. Highly recommend the Bananas Foster Pancakes; they're absolutely amazing!

Overall, a great experience! The service was fantastic. Our server, Paula, was very attentive. The food was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the chicken and waffle sandwich and the chilaquiles, accompanied by bottomless mimosas.

During my breakfast visit at Seabreeze Cafe, I received wonderful service from our friendly waitress who provided helpful recommendations. I enjoyed a refreshing mojito and the large portion of chilaquiles. The restaurant's open and relaxing atmosphere made me feel like I was on a beach.

What I Disliked

Seabreeze Cafe is a popular breakfast spot near Mandalay Bay, which means there is often a line if you don't get there early. If you're lucky enough to snag a table by the window, you'll at least have some natural light. The background music might give you nightclub vibes, but the servers are all pretty enthusiastic (or possibly just really good at faking it). The food is decent overall - the salmon can be a bit salty, but still edible when mixed with the Benedict eggs and muffin bread. The ribs are a solid choice and the fruit bowl is a healthy option. I was pleasantly surprised when they served avocado, even though it's not on the menu. They charged around $4 for half an avocado, which helped balance out the saltiness of the salmon. The Americano coffee was good too.
