What I Liked Most
What I Disliked
The breakfast experience was mediocre and didn't quite justify the high prices. I ordered a basic meal of eggs and bacon, but both were undercooked. The potatoes were over-fried and tough, though the toast and coffee met expectations. The service was satisfactory, though I waited a bit for the server to take my order despite a lack of crowds. The food did arrive promptly. The server was friendly, albeit a bit too casual and vocal about their job frustrations. A return visit isn't on my agenda.

What I Disliked
Breakfast was nothing special and felt overpriced for the quality. The meal consisted of eggs and bacon that were undercooked. The potatoes were obviously deep-fried and too hard. On the positive side, the toast and coffee were enjoyable. Service was passable; although it wasn't busy during the visit, there was a noticeable wait before the order was taken. The food, however, arrived promptly. The server was friendly but perhaps too casual, openly expressing complaints about the job. Would there be a return visit? Unlikely.

What I Disliked
The service staff at Seabreeze Cafe were exceptionally kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is quite popular, often requiring a wait to get in, likely due to its convenient hours and easy accessibility from inside the Mandalay Bay Resort. I've included a photo of the menu to give an idea of the prices, which are a bit high considering the quality of the food. Having visited twice, I found the food to be quite basic and mediocre at best. Nonetheless, if other options are unavailable, it’s a satisfactory choice to avoid going hungry.

Seabreeze Cafe in Las Vegas was an unexpected delight! Tucked away just off the Casino lobby in Mandalay Bay, it may be a bit tricky to locate, but it's surprisingly spacious. The menu boasts a variety of inventive dishes, and the service was impeccable. While they do take reservations, the vast seating area likely ensures that walk-ins are easily accommodated. Highly recommend the Bananas Foster Pancakes; they're absolutely amazing!

Overall, a great experience! The service was fantastic. Our server, Paula, was very attentive. The food was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the chicken and waffle sandwich and the chilaquiles, accompanied by bottomless mimosas.
