What I Liked Most
What I Disliked
The chicken and waffles at Pyramid Cafe were delicious and the portion size was very generous. My dining companion enjoyed the pancakes, especially with the addition of fruit. I indulged in the bottomless mimosas, which were promptly refilled every time I finished a glass. Despite the long line, the wait wasn't too bad as there was a constant turnover of tables. I will definitely be returning to eat here again in the future.

What I Disliked
The Flatbread breakfast pizza at Pyramid Cafe was a standout dish, with delicious flavors and perfectly poached eggs. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was a disappointment. The classic eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, and pancakes all tasted like they had been cooked in large batches well in advance, lacking freshness and flavor. The eggs were overcooked and flavorless, while the hashbrowns tasted bland with a hint of freezer quality. The pancakes were average but nothing special. For the price of $24, I expected a meal that tasted freshly made to order. The coffee was also disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this spot based on my experience, even with dining vouchers. The wait staff, however, were attentive and friendly.

The service at Pyramid Cafe was outstanding, however, the food did not meet expectations. The Eggs Benedict had runny whites and were inedible. Despite this, I was still charged for the half cup of decaf I had while waiting. I left a $5 tip in the hopes that the service issue would be addressed. Despite these issues, I still believe this restaurant has potential for a 5-star rating, as I believe the issue lies with management rather than the server.

Chicken and waffles were great and portion was very big. Son loved pancakes, since I had read reviews before hand I told him to make sure and state he wanted fruit. I had the bottomless mimosas. Our server brought two from the minute I ordered and a big to go one when paid to leave. While the line was long the wait wasn’t bad, it’s nearly a constant turn over of tables. Definitely will eat here again!

The Flatbread breakfast pizza was the saving grace for this spot. It was really tasty with perfectly poached eggs on top. The rest of the meal, on the other hand, was really unfortunate. We had classic eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, and pancake meal. Sadly, it all tasted like it had been large batch cooked well in advance, cafeteria style. The eggs were overcooked and had no flavor, and hashbrowns were beyond bland aside from the faint essence of freezer. The pancakes were generic but not overtly offensive. For a $24 meal, I would expect at least to have it taste as if it was cooked to order. Couple this with genuinely terrible coffee, and I can honestly say that this is not somewhere I'd recommend. We had dining vouchers, and I still feel like we overpaid. The wait staff did a good job making sure we had drinks and were very pleasant to engage with.
