The service at Downtown Terrace is top-notch, especially with Cyan as our server. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the drinks were delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future. Cyan truly made our experience even better, so be sure to ask for her by name during your visit.
We went to Tilted Kilt for happy hour and were pleased with the variety of $11 food specials and $6 well drinks. We tried the Celtic Knot pretzel with beer cheese, ground mustard, and jalapeno cheese sauce - all delicious. We added guacamole to the nachos, which were also great thanks to the beer cheese. Our server was Claire, who was friendly and attentive. We even ordered drinks to-go for our High Roller ride. The atmosphere is a mix of British pub and sports bar, and it was relaxed and welcoming during our visit. We highly recommend Tilted Kilt for happy hour!
We visited Cowabunga Bay recently and were disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we found that three attractions were closed for most of the day, which happened to be the main reason we had come to the park. The ice cream line was incredibly slow, taking 25 minutes to get a cone due to lack of efficiency from the staff. The wave pool, while fun, was not well maintained as there were wrappers, dirt, and leaves floating in the water. Moreover, the pool was abruptly closed without explanation, causing frustration among guests. Given the numerous closed attractions and lackluster experiences, we believe the park should have offered discounts or refunds to guests affected by the situation. Overall, our visit was underwhelming and we would have preferred to come back another time when all attractions were operational.
I cannot thank Brittany, Ed, and the team at Bear's Best enough for making our wedding dreams a reality. Despite being from out of state, Brittany was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our rehearsal dinner was seamless and the transition from ceremony practice to dinner was so smooth. The food was absolutely amazing, both in taste and presentation. The extra food they packed up for us was a nice touch as well. Brittany and Ed were attentive throughout the night, ensuring that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend this venue for weddings and look forward to returning for a delicious lunch date in the future.
Recently visited Triple 7 Restaurant and Brewery in Las Vegas for the first time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially considering the nearby smoking area. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Shane provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning.
Whenever we visit Vegas, we always make it a point to try out a new steakhouse. Our latest stop was at Gallagher's Steakhouse in New York New York Hotel & Casino. Vegas is great because it's filled with famous restaurant chains, and Gallagher's did not disappoint. The steak here was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. It was my first time trying a dry-aged steak and the difference in quality was noticeable. Our order included the Bone-In New York Strip, Filet Mignon, and Crab Cakes.
I really enjoyed Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas. The pricing was much better than other restaurants on the strip. The chips and dip trio (salsa, guacamole, queso) were delicious. We ordered a margarita pitcher, which was on the sweeter side but still enjoyable. The tacos were also very good. The service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere was quieter than other casino restaurants, making it a nice place to relax and watch the game. Overall, a great dining experience.
The service at Pyramid Cafe was outstanding, however, the food did not meet expectations. The Eggs Benedict had runny whites and were inedible. Despite this, I was still charged for the half cup of decaf I had while waiting. I left a $5 tip in the hopes that the service issue would be addressed. Despite these issues, I still believe this restaurant has potential for a 5-star rating, as I believe the issue lies with management rather than the server.
